On December 13 a meeting of the representatives of the Murmansk branch with the Norwegian Coastal Administration of District Troms and Finnmark (Kystverket Tromsog Finmark) was held in Murmansk.

The representatives of the Murmansk branch made a presentation for the guests on the activities of the FSUE “Rosmorport” in the Russian seaports and provided in detail information on the work done by the Murmansk branch in the seaports of Murmansk and Kandalaksha.

In the course of the meeting the participants discussed a wide range of issues related to the work of Vessel Traffic Services and the development of port infrastructure, paying special attention to the pilotage services of the Norwegian  Coastal Administration and the Murmansk branch. 

As a result of the discussion, which took place in a friendly atmosphere, the participants reaffirmed their mutual interest in holding similar meetings in the future, in order to exchange views and best practices on various aspects of port operations, including the pilotage services.
