Water Bodies and Land Plots

     In order to place its real assets and conduct the activities stipulated in the Statute on the FSUE "Rosmorport" Arctic Basin Branch, the branch uses land plots and water bodies, including thouse located within the boundaries of the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Kandalaksha, Mezen, Murmansk, Naryan-Mar, Onega and Sabetta.
 
     Land use
     As of 01.01.2025 the Arctic Basin Branch uses 131 land plots with the overall area size of 154.7 hectares, of which 114 with the overall area size of 95.6 hectares are used on a leasehold and public easement basis. The Arctic Basin Branch is now preparing the right stating documents for 13 land plots with the overall area size 59.1 hectares, which are actually used by the branch.

     Of all land plots used by the Arctic Basin Branch the following ones are located within seaports boundaries:
     - 8 land plots in Arkhangelsk Seaport with the total area size of 7 hectares, which makes 3.3 % of the total seaport territory size; 
     - 1 land plot in Kandalaksha Seaport with the total area size of more than 0.6 hectares, which makes 2.4 % of the total seaport territory size; 
     - 1 land plot in Mezen Seaport with the total area size of more than 0.5 hectares, which makes 0.3 % of the total seaport territory size; 
     - 28 land plots in Murmansk Seaport with the total area size of more than 53.2 hectares, which makes 8.2 % of the total seaport territory size;
     - 1 land plot in Naryan-Mar Seaport with the total area size of 0.06 hectares, which makes 0.3 % of the total seaport territory size;
     - 1 land plot in Onega Seaport with the total area size of almost 0.8 hectares, which makes 29.5 % of the total seaport territory size;
     - 26 land plots in Sabetta Seaport with the total area size of 7.1 hectares.
 
     The land plots used by Arctic Basin Branch are related to several types of lands, including:
     - forest lands;
     - urban lands;
     - industrial, energy, transport, communications, radio, television, information technologies lands, lands for support of the space activities, defense and security lands, and lands of other special purposes. 
 
     Water use:

     As of 01.01.2025, the Arctic Basin Branch uses 7 surface water bodies with a total area of ​​5 square kilometers, based on one license and 2 decisions obtained in the prescribed manner, to accommodate vessels and berthing facilities, and conduct dredging operations.

     Six water bodies used by the branch are located in the water areas of the seaports of Arkhangelsk and Onega.

     In Arkhangelsk Seaport, the branch uses one surface water body with no assigned area.

     In Onega Seaport, the branch uses 5 surface water bodies with a total area of ​​4.1 square kilometers, which makes 0.48 % of the total area of ​​the Arkhangelsk Seaport water area.
