Normative legal acts of the Russian Federation aimed at fighting corruption
- Federal Law No. 273-FZ of 25.12.2008 “On fighting corruption”;

- Methodological recommendations on the procedure of notification of hirer representative (employer) about the facts inclining public or local government officer to commit corruption, including a list of information contained in the notifications, issues on the organization of inspection of this information and notification registration procedure.
- Clarification of the Ministry of Labour of Russia dated July 17, 2013 (Letter of the Ministry of Labour of Russia dated July 18, 2013 No. 18-2/10/2-4038) on the application of Federal Law dated December 03, 2012 No. 230-FZ “On monitoring of expenditure against the income of public servants and other persons” and other laws and regulations in respect of anti-corruption enforcement.
- Review of recommendations on the implementation of comprehensive set of organizational, explanatory and other measures on unacceptable behavior of officers that can be interpreted as a promise of giving a bribe or offer to give a bribe or as a consent to accept a bribe or as a request to give a bribe by others (Letter of the Ministry of Labour of Russia dated July 10, 2013 No. 18-2/10/2-3836).
- Clarifications on the application of article 12 of the Federal Law dated December 25, 2008 No. 273-FZ “On Anti-Corruption Enforcement” containing restrictions imposed on the citizen that temporarily held a national or municipal position concluding Labour or Civil Law Contract, including the cases when commission is not required to give its consent on the compliance with the requirements to work-related behavior and settlement of competing interests to former public officer to held his/her position in commercial or non-commercial organization.
