     1. General information

 

     The FSUE “Rosmorport” Arctic Basin Branch renders services on crew boats provision in the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Naryan-Mar and Onega for delivery to vessel (removal from the vessel) of crew, marine agent (representatives of the marine agent, ship owner), members of commission of the checkpoint through the state border of the Russian Federation, documents, provision, cargo or goods and for other purposes.

     The crew boats fleet of the Arctic Basin Branch comprises 14 vessels which are divided among the seaports as follows.

     If necessary, during winter navigation in the seaport of Arkhangelsk the branch's icebreakers Kapitan Chadaev and Kapitan Yevdokimov can be used as crew boats.

     2. Procedure for rendering crew boats services

 

     Procedure for rendering crew boats services in the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Naryan-Mar and Onega


     The services on provision of crew boats of the Arkhangelsk Department of the Arctic Basin Branch in the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Naryan-Mar and Onega are rendered on the basis of a customer’s written application after its preliminary agreement with a dispatcher of the Arkhangelsk Department of the Arctic Basin Branch or the detached division of the Arkhangelsk Department of the branch in the corresponding seaport by phone:

     on the availability of technical possibility of the operation and on the preliminary provision cost of the crew boat or other auxiliary vessel of the Arkhangelsk Department of the Arctic Basin Branch.

     The agreed written application should be filed no later than 4 hours before the supposed time of works by fax:

     or as a scan by e-mail: mail@ark.rosmorport.ru.


     The vessel is provided in due time and place on the basis of the applications filed by the customer. All types of operations with crew boats or other auxiliary vessels of the Arkhangelsk Department of the Arctic Basin Branch are recorded in the order with indication of the time of work performed underway and at anchor. Having executed the work, the customer signs and seals the order.

     Procedure for rendering crew boats services in the seaport of Murmansk

     

     The Arctic Basin Branch crew boats provision in the seaport of Murmansk is performed under written application of the customer after its prior agreement with the Head of Fleet Operation of the Arctic Basin Branch by phone: +7 (921) 178-60-52 (Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30, Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 MSK, lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30), regarding technical possibility of the Arctic Basin Branch crew boats provision.

     The pre-agreed written application should be sent by the customer to the Arctic Basin Branch by fax: +7 (8152) 55-08-50 (Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30, Friday from 08:00 to 15:00, Moscow time, lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30) or as a scan by e-mail: berth@mrm.rosmorport.ru, at least 12 hours prior to the planned start of operation. The customer must confirm the application at least 2 hours before the planned start of operation by calling the Head of Fleet Operation of the Arctic Basin Branch by phone: +7 (921) 178-60-52 (Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30, Friday from 08:00 to 15:00, Moscow time, lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30).

     On the basis of the application filed by the customer, at the appointed time, the vessel approaches the specified location. All kinds of works with the use of crew boats of the Arctic Basin Branch with indication of the start and end of work are recorded in the work order, which is filled by the crew boat master. Upon completion of works, representative of the customer signs and seals the work order, which is the acceptance certificate of the work performed. Payment for the work performed is made by the customer by bank transfer no later than 5 working days from the date of issuing by the Arctic Basin Branch of invoice to the customer.
