2. Procedure for provision of geodesic and hydrographic services

1. General information

The FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch carries out hydrographic works in the water areas of the seaports of Vladivostok, Vostochny, Zarubino, Nakhodka, Olga and Posyet on a contractual basis:
- detail sea-bottom relief survey;
- detail sea-bottom relief areal survey;
- coordinates setting by the method of statistical GPS measurements.
Materials of detail survey can be used to correct marine sailing charts, manuals and guides for navigation and planning of dredging operations.
In order to carry out the corresponding operations the Far Eastern Basin Branch has qualified personnel with considerable experience in the field of hydrography and geodesy, including in carrying out geodesic and surveying works, as well as a mark boat with necessary technical equipment and software aids. In particular, the branch has the Briz-23 mark boat equipped with:
a) an automated hydrographic surveying complex on the base of the ResonT20-P multi-beam echosounder;
b) the Trimble SPS-461 GPS receiver;
c) the Odom Echotrac CVM simple-beam echosounder;
d) the LEICA GS14 (the base) and GS08Plus (the rover) GNSS receivers.
Material processing is carried out by HYPACK, Leica Geo Office.

2. Procedure for provision of geodesic and hydrographic services

To order the corresponding works performed by the Far Eastern Basin Branch in the water area of the seaports of Vladivostok, Vostochny, Zarubino, Nakhodka, Olga and Posyet, it is necessary to file a written application to the Far Eastern Basin Branch by fax: +7 (423) 230-10-30 or to send a scan by e-mail: mail@dvf.rosmorport.ru. The application will be considered by the Far Eastern Basin Branch within 10 days. A customer will be given a written response by specifying a technical ability, work schedules and the cost of works. In case a customer agrees with the terms for carrying out the works, a draft framework contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) he will be sent to him for signing. The Contract should be returned to the Far Eastern Basin Branch at: 182 Kalinin St., Vladivostok, Primorye Territory, Russia 690012.
The works are carried out by the Far Eastern Basin Branch in accordance with the terms of a technical project, which is an inalienable part of the Contract, in the manner and terms established by the Contract.
