The history of the Far-Eastern Basin Branch dates back to August 2003, when by order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 09/OD dated 25.08.2003 the Vladivostok Branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" was created, the Vladivostok Branch Regulations were approved, and the notice on tax registration of the Branch in Inspection No. 2540 of Federal Tax Service of Russia for Frunzensky district of Vladivostok was received.
According to the orders of the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation dated 09.03.2004 No. 1126-r and 05.05.2004 No. 1586-r, No. 1588-r the federal property withdrawn from Sea Administration of the Port of Vladivostok was assigned to FSUE "Rosmorport" on the right of economic mangement and by order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 85a/OD dated 31.05.2004 it was transferred to the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch.
2004
In accordance with Russia's Transport Ministry Order No. VR-18-r dated 31.05.2004 for the purpose of maintenance of the port infrastructure facilities ensuring navigation safety and the execution of administrative and authoritative powers and in accordance with Russia's Government Resolution No. 705 “On Improving State Management System of Seaports, Merchant Harbors and Specialized Ports” dated 25.09.2002, since June 1, 2004 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch has begun collecting port dues and carrying out economic activities. In the same month based on Russian Ministry of Property Relations Order No 1584-r of May 05, 20014 the Rumb pilot boat has been assigned for the enterprise and placed under economic management of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 86 a/OD. The pilot boat is intended to be used by the Branch to embark and disembark pilots on sea ships making calls at the seaport of Vladivostok.
In June, 2004 Tokulenko Gennady Gavrilovich was appointed Director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch by the FSUE "Rosmorport" order dated 21.06.2004 No. 211/K. The Vladivostok Branch also began providing pilotage services in the seaports of Vladivostok and Posyet, and the Slavyanka port point as well as agent services in the Vladivostok seaport.
In November 2004 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch acquired a new boat, the Neptun, under the sales agreement. The boat is intended to be used by the Branch in the seaport of Vostochny to embark and disembark pilots on vessels.
2005
In May, 2005 by the FSUE "Rosmorport" order No. 180/OD dated 17.05.2005 the new version of Vladivostok Branch Regulations was approved. Based on Rosimushchestvo's Territorial Division for Primorsky Territory Order No. 52-r dated 13.04.2005 the Yuri Savin and the May Bystryakov crew boats were given to FSUE “Rosmorport” for economic management and in accordance with FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 229a/OD dated 31.05.2005 they were given to the Vladisvostok Branch in order to provide general services in the Vladivostok seaport.
In July 2005 the Vladivostok Branch acquired the LK-67 crew boat to deliver the Branch's pilots aboard vessels.
In December 2005 pursuant to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 527a/OD of December 19, 2005 the Lider crew boat, construction of which has been completed, was placed under economic management of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch. The boat is intended to be used by the Branch in the seaport of Nakhodka to embark and disembark pilots on sea ships.
2007
In May 2007 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 195 dated 07.05.2007 the MNMS-100 oil skimmer was given to the Vladivostok Branch on the basis of the right of economic management in order to purify the Vladivostok water area. Earlier, the oil skimmer had been assigned to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vanino Branch.
2008
In April 2008 the Vladivostok Branch started rendering services to provide crew boats in the Vladivostok and Posyet seaports and towing services in the Posyet and Olga seaports.
2009
In March 2009 based on Rosimushchestvo's Territorial Division for Primorsky Territory Order No. 605-r dated 29.08.2008 the Primorets tug (later renamed as the Viktor Mukhortov) was given to the enterprise on the basis of the right of economic management and in accordance with FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 95 dated 04.03.2009 was given to the Vladivostok Branch in order to provide towing services during mooring operations in the Vladivostok seaport.
In July, 2009 by the FSUE "Rosmorport" order dated 24.07.2009 No. 240/k G.G. Tokulenko retired. By the FSUE "Rosmorport" order dated 27.07.2009 No. 241/k Novichkov Anatoly Ivanovich was appointed Acting Director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch.
In September 2009 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 393 dated 25.09.2009 and based on Rosmorrechflot's Resolution No. AD-177-r, a decision was taken to stop the FSUE “Rosmorport” right of economic management to non-residential premises with the space of 96.3 square meters in the administrative building at: Posyet Settlement, 52 Portovaya Street and to transfer them from the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch to FSI “Vladivostok Seaport Administration” for operating control.
In November 2009 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 506 dated 23.11.2009 and based on Rosmorrechflot's Resolution No. AD-219-r a decision was taken to stop the FSUE “Rosmorport” right of economic management to non-residential premises with the space of 880.7 square meters in the administrative building at: Vladivostok, 3 Nizhneportovaya Street and their transfer by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch to FSI “Vladivostok Seaport Administration” operating control.
2010
In March, 2010 by the order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 136 dated 03.03.2010 changes to Vladivostok Branch Statute were introduced according to which the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch's areas of rendering services of icebreaking pilotage are extended with the Northern Sea Route, branch also was given the right at executing ship owner's functions to render services using all the types of the branch's vessels.
In August 2010 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 453 dated 17.08.2010 and based on Rosmorrechflot's Resolution No. IZ-199-r, a decision was taken to stop the right of economic management to berth No 36 in the Vladivostok seaport due to its transfer by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch to FSI “Directorate of State Customer for Marine Transport Development Programs”. Under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 446 dated 17.08.2010 the Georg Ots motorboat was given to the Vladivostok Branch (earlier the ship had been given to the St Petersburg Branch) in order to use it as a floating hotel for participants in the APEC-2012 summit.
In October 2010 based on Certificate of Decommissioning No. 097 dated 29.10.2010 an accommodation hulk assigned to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch and located in the Posyet seaport water area in Posyet Gulf, Novrorogsky Bay, was decommissioned due to 100% physical deterioration and the impossibility to use the facility in the future. Based on Rosimushchestvo's Territorial Division for Primorsky Territory Order No. 720-r dated 25.11. 2010 the FSUE “Rosmorport” right of economic management to the Georg Ots motorboat ferry has been terminated due to the transfer of this vessel to Primorsky Territory ownership.
In November 2010 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 618 dated 03.11.2010 the new Aleut and Khasan towboats, built under FSUE “Rosmorport” order, were given to the Vladivostok Branch to carry out works on towing during mooring operations in the Posyet seaport and to use them as crew boats in order to deliver the Branch's pilots aboard vessels.
2011
In January 2011 A.I. Novichkov was appointed Director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch.
In May 2011 by FSUE "Rosmorport" order No. 319 dated 20.05.2011 amendments were made to Statute on the Vladivostok Branch, according to which the Director of the branch is appointed by FSUE "Rosmorport" as agreed with Federal Marine and River Transport Agency, and which stipulate the procedure of changing the staff schedule of the branch. Under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 341 dated 30.05.2011 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch gave the Bulat-6 towboat to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Anadyr Branch.
In September 2011 by FSUE "Rosmorport" order No. 606 dated 12.09.2011 amendments were made to Statute on the Vladivostok Branch, which broaden the Vladivostok Branch directors’ authorities in the field of managing the social and labour relations in the Vladivostok Branch.
2012
In February 2012 according to order of Vladivostok Branch No. 5 dated 16.02.2012 the branch stopped providing agent services in the seaports of Vladivostok, Zarubino, Olga and Posyet.
In June 2012 according to order of Vladivostok Branch No. 16 dated 19.02.2012 the branch stopped providing passenger marine transportation services in the seaport of Vladivostok.
In July 2012 by FSUE "Rosmorport" order No. 470 dated 27.07.2012 Statute on the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch was reviewed as amended.
In August 2012 based on Rosimushchestvo's Territorial Division for Primorsky Territory Order No. 331-r dated 23.08.2012 (amended on November 27, 2012) berthing facilities No.No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and four lighting towers, the ground complex transforming substation-63, the 0.4-kw cable power line, the cable passage with blind areas on Russky Island in the Vladivostok seaport were assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” on the basis of the right of economic management and under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 562 dated 28.08.2012 given to the Vladivostok Branch for later use.
2013
In January 2013, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok branch stopped providing services for the installation (sampling) of booms in the water area of the seaport of Olga due to technical restrictions on the possibility of safe use of the branch's vessels for the provision of relevant services. In the same month, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Eastern Branch also stopped providing services for the installation (sampling) of booms in the water areas of the Vostochny and Nakhodka seaports due to technical restrictions on the possibility of safe use of the branch's vessels for the provision of relevant services..
In May 2013 under Order No. 229 dated 22.05.2013 FSUE “Rosmorport” made amendments to Vladivostok Branch Regulations in accordance with which the Branch was provided powers to render pilotage services in the Northern Sea Route.
In July 2013 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 321 dated 08.07.2013 the Khasanets ship-towing tug of the Vladivostok Branch was given to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vanino Branch.
In December 2013 by FSUE "Rosmorport" order No. 770/k dated 10.12.2013 the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch Director A.I. Novichkov was released from his position because of the transfer to another job. In the same month by FSUE "Rosmorport" order dated 17.12.2013 No. 787/k the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vostochny branch Director Alexander Anatolevich Kiselyov was appointed Acting Director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch.
2014
In January 2014 by FSUE "Rosmorport" order dated January 17, 2014 No. 26/k A.A. Kiselyov was transferred to the position of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Vladivostok Branch Director. In the same month based on FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 10 dated 22.01.2014 property owned by the winded up Eastern and Far Eastern Branches was given to the Vladivostok Branch, that allowed the Branch to begin carrying out its economic activities and providing services (carrying out the works) in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodna.
In February 2014 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch Order No. 38 dated on 28.02.2014 the Eastern Department was set up to operate as a separate structural unit in order to carry out the activities in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka.
In June 2014 under the FSUE “Rosmorport” Orders No.No. 254, 255 and 256 dated 25.06.2014 the Professor Khlyustin training ship, the Nadezhda sailing training ship and the Professor Megrabov refrigerated ship, which were earlier given to FSUE “Rosmorport” on the basis of the right of economic management in accordance with Rosmorrechflot Resolution No. AD-213-r, were given to the Vladivostok Branch to use them for training of cadets of marine and inland navigation state educational institutions of higher professional education (the Professor Khlyustin training ship and the Nadezhda sailing training ship) and to use them for intended purposes by sea lines on contractual bareboat charter terms (the Professor Megrabov refrigerated ship).
In July 2014 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 296 the Vladivostok Branch was renamed into the Far Eastern Basin Branch and the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch Regulations were approved. In the same month under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 307 dated July 25, 2014 the Far Eastern Basin Branch Regulations were amended as the list of authorized types of activities of the Branch has been supplemented with the following types of activities:
1) to carry out activities in the field of using sources of ionizing radiation (generating);
2) to organize repairs, technical and general service maintenance and supply of vessels;
3) to take part in ensuring transport safety in seaports water areas;
4) to maintain transport safety engineered features in seaports' water areas in proper working order, to arrange their technical maintenance, repair, reconstruction and the new construction;
5) to take part in creating and ensuring the functioning of facilities of A1, A2, A3 and A4 sea areas of the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System, including the A3/A4 sea areas in the Northern Sea Route water area;
6) to perform the functions of NAVAREA coordinator in NAVAREA XX and XXI geographical areas.
In addition, in July 2014 based on Rosimushchestvo's Territorial Division for Primorsky Territory Order No. 1193-r dated June 20, 2014 and in accordance with FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 264 dated July 01, 2014 facilities of the Vladivostok Branch such as range and port marks, approach motor roads to range marks in Kozmino Bay designed to ensure navigation safety in the Kozmino terminal water area, Vostochny Seaport, were given into economic management of the enterprise.
In December 2014 in accordance with FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 566 dated December 25, 2014 the Nord and the Sergei Cherednichenko Project ST23WI boats built under FSUE “Rosmorport” order were given to the Far Eastern Basin Branch due to be used by the Branch in the Vladivostok seaport and the Vostochny seaport to deliver and remove the Branch's pilots, to deliver representatives of state commissions aboard vessels, to review and conduct environmental monitoring of water areas. In the same month under Building (Facility) Acceptance Statement OS-1a dated December 12, 2014 the earlier built facility – the GMDSS radio-transmitting set in the Plastun seaport terminal – was given to the Far Eastern Basin Branch for economic management in order to ensure navigation safety and control navigation at the eastern coast of Primorsky Territory.
2015
In February 2015 based on Rosmorrechflot Resolution No AP-53-r dated February 27, 2015 and under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 146 dated March 12, 2015 the radar post on Goldobin Cape of the Vladivostok seaport vessel traffic management system (Vladivostok VTMS) was given to the Far Eastern Basin Branch for economic management to be used by the Far Eastern Basin Branch to deploy the radar station and other technical means of Vladivostok VTMS. Exterior water lines, storm-water drainage, exterior drainage, cable power lines and the complex transformer sub-station were also given to the Far Eastern Basin Branch to ensure the functioning of Vladivostok VTMS's Goldobin Cape radar post.
In June 2015 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 380 dated June 22, 2015 the Far Eastern Basin Branch Regulations were amended as the list of authorized types of activities of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch was supplemented with the following types of activities:
1) to assess vulnerability of the transport infrastructure facilities and transport means;
2) to develop plans on transportation security of the transport infrastructure and transport means;
3) to carry out activities on water supplies and water disposal;
4) to carry out activities on heating supplies.
In September 2015 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 529 dated September 11, 2015 the Regulations on the Far Eastern Basin Branch were amended, as the Far Eastern Basin Branch's rights to carry out authorized types of activities that demand special permits, licenses and certificates in compliance with Russian legislation, were defined.
In November 2015 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 1019/k dated November 30, 2015 director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch A. Kiselev was relieved of his duties by agreement of the parties. In compliance with FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 1021/k dated November 30, 2015 deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch Nina Osipova was appointed to fulfill duties of the Branch’s Director from December 1, 2015.
2016
In March 2016, the FSUE "Rosmorport" Far Eastern Basin Branch stopped accepting from organizations operating in the seaport of Vladivostok and exporting from the seaport hazard class 4-5 solid household waste to city landfills in connection with the transfer of the garbage truck to the Eastern Directorate of the Far Eastern Basin Branch for its intended use in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka.
In November 2016 in accordance with Regulation of Territorial Department of Federal Agency for State Property Management in Primorye Territory No. 383-r dated 10.11.2016 the following icebreakers: Admiral Makarov, Krasin and Kapitan Khlebnikov were assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” and by FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 559 dated 11.11.2016 were transferred to the Far Eastern Basin Branch to use for ice escorts of vessels in the waters and approaches to the seaports of the Far Eastern Basin and at the Northern Sea Route.
2017
In January 2017 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch stopped rendering services to take on spend hydrocarbon oil and mercury-containing lamps for demercurization in the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka. Also in January pursuant to Resolution No 383-r of November 10, 2016 taken by Russia’s Federal Property Management Agency Territorial Division in Primorsky Territory the Magadan icebreaker has been assigned to the enterprise. Pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 559 of November 11, 2016 the icebreaker has been transferred into economic management of the Far Eastern Basin Branch to use the icebreaker for providing icebreaker support to vessels in the water areas of and on the approaches toward the seaports of the Far Eastern Sea Basin and on the lines of the Northern Sea Route.
In March 2017 under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 148/k dated March 03, 2017 Nina Osipova, who earlier worked as deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch, was transferred to the position of Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch from March 04, 2017. In the same month under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 111 dated 31.03.2017 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov Basin Branch Regulations were amended, and the list of the Branch's authorized activities was expanded in the fields of:
– carrying out functions of a builder customer in designing, constructing (reconstructing) and equipping (technically equipping) buildings, premises and facilities to ensure border, customs and other control in the seaports that is exercised at the Russian border checkpoints;
– protecting facilities of the transport infrastructure and vehicles from acts of unlawful interference.
In June 2017 the FSUE “Rosmorport” right of economic management over two floating berths in the seaport of Posyet was terminated due to their disposal.
2018
In February 2018 the Far Eastern Basin Branch sold the Classic-28 crew boat due to its non-use by the Branch according to the intended purpose. In the same month pursuant to Resolution No 13-r issued by the Russian Agency for State Property Management Territorial Administration in the Primorye Territory of February 08, 2018, the Southern Bank Protection hydraulic structure in the seaport of Vostochny has been assigned to the enterprise and placed under economic management of the Far Eastern Basin Branch under the FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 87 of February 19, 2018. The hydraulic structure is designed for protecting the area from surge.
In May 2018 the Far Eastern Basin Branch sold the LK-67 workboat due to its non-use by the Branch according to the intended purpose.
In August 2018 under Resolution No. 145 of July 30, 2018 of Russia’s Federal Agency for Property Management Interdistrict Territorial Administration in Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region and pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 387 of August 13, 2018 seven range markers, two light towers and 13 aids to navigation in the seaports of Vostochny, Nakhodka, and Posyet were assigned to the enterprise and placed under economic management of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch. These facilities are designed for identifying a particular section of the sea or the coastal line and defining a ship’s position within the visibility distance of a range marker on the approaches of a vessel toward the relevant seaports.
In October 2018 under Resolution No. 1301 of September 27, 2018 of Russia’s Federal Agency for Property Management Territorial Administration in Moscow hydraulic structures – two berths designed for using them for laying up vessels of the port fleet and a stone bedding under the Araks training vessel designed for holding a vessel in the vertical position were assigned for FSUE “Rosmorport” on the basis of the right of economic management and placed under economic management of the Far Eastern Basin Branch pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 499 of October 11, 2018. That same month pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 513 of October 18, 2018 the Vostok tugboat was given to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sakhalin Branch. Earlier, the tugboat was used by the branch for towing support for vessels in the water area of the seaport of Vladivostok. In addition to, in October 2018 under Resolution No. 182 of October 01, 2018 of Russia’s Federal Agency for Property Management Interdistrict Territorial Administration in Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region and pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No, 487 of October 10, 2018 two range markers and two aids to navigation in the seaports of Olga and Posyet were assigned for the enterprise and placed under economic management of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch. These facilities are designed for identifying a particular section of the sea or the coastal line and defining a ship’s position within the visibility distance of a range marker on the approaches of a vessel toward the relevant seaports.
In December 2018 under Resolution No, 337-r of November 06, 2018 of Russia’s Federal Agency for Property Management Territorial Administration in Primorye Territory the BMMP-89 small ice light buoy located in the seaport of Nakhodka and designed for protecting the sunk sheet pile bulwark in an area of Berth No. 50 and Berth No 51 in the water area of the seaport of Nakhodka, Nakhodka Bay, was assigned for the enterprise and pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 605 of December 13, 2018 the facility was placed under economic management of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch.
2019
In April 2019 in coordination with Rosmorrechflot (Letter No. KS-27/7357 of June 29, 2018) and under FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 320 of July 11, 2018 the May Bystryakov cruise boat of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch was decommissioned and disposed of due to its full depreciation.
In July 2019, based on the order of the Territorial Administration of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Primorsky Territory No. 198-r of July 22, 2019, under the “Rosmorport” order No. 317 of July 31, 2019 two non-residential premises with a total area of 432.2 sq.m. in service and technical building at the address: st. Vnutriportovaya, 47, and the building of the ecological fleet base by the address: st. Bazovaya, 26, in the city of Nakhodka were placed under economic management of the Far Eastern Basin Branch, t intended for accommodation of employees of the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport”.
In August 2019, the Far Eastern Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport” purchased a non-self-propelled sucker rod dredger Primorets, which will be used directly by the branch for dredging in the water areas of the seaports of Vanino, Vladivostok, Vostochny, Korsakov, and Nakhodka.
In September 2019, the Far Eastern Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport” acquired self-propelled scows Nevskaya, Olyutorskaya and Posyetskaya, which will be used directly by the branch for receiving and transporting soil developed during dredging operations by dredgers in the waters of the seaports of Vanino, Vladivostok, Vostochny, Korsakov, and Nakhodka, and its subsequent disposal at underwater dumps. In the same month, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch purchased a non-self-propelled heavy grab dredger Sakhalinets, which will be used directly by the branch for dredging in the seaports of Vanino, Vladivostok, Vostochny, Korsakov, and Nakhodka.
In October 2019, on the basis of the Order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No. 435 dated 06.11.2019, the Statute of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch was amended due to change of the branch location. In accordance with the Statute of the Far Eastern Basin Branch, the new address of the branch location is: 182 Kalinina, Vladivostok, Primorsky Territory, Russian Federation.
In November 2019, the Far Eastern Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport” acquired a self-propelled scow Slavyanskaya, which will be used directly by the branch for receiving and transporting soil developed during dredging operations by dredgers in the waters of the seaports of Vanino, Vladivostok, Vostochny, Korsakov, and Nakhodka, and subsequent storage in underwater dumps.
In December 2019, the Far Eastern Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport” acquired an administrative building with a total area of 509 sq.m in the seaport of Nakhodka, intended to accommodate employees of the Eastern Department of the Far Eastern Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport”.
2020
In March 2020, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch sold the MSP-90 vessel due to the lack of opportunity to use it for its intended purpose by the branch.
In April, 2020 in accordance with the order of Territorial Department of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) in Primorsky Krai No. 80-r as of 18.03.2020, the back range "Standard back range No. 11" of Postovaya Bay, designed to work together with the front range "Standard front range No. 10" of Postovaya Bay to indicate the fairway axis when vessels pass narrow waters between Nazimova Spit and Cherkavsky Island to the Posyet internal raid of the seaport of Posyet, was appointed and, in accordance with the order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 139 as of 14.04.2020, was transferred to economic use of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Far Eastern Basin Branch.
In June 2020, FSUE “Rosmorport” purchased and transferred to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch tugboats Askold, Emar and Sukhodol, intended for use by the branch in order to provide towing services in the seaports of Vladivostok and Vostochny.
In July 2020, in accordance with the Order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No. 283 dated 16.07.2020, the Statute of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch was amended due to the organization of concerts, festivals, competitions and other stage performances, and the performance of entertainment and cultural and leisure activities.
In November 2020, by Order of “FSUE Rosmorport” No. 507 dated 25.11.2020, the Statute of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch was approved in a new edition. In the same month in accordance with the Order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No.241 of 23.06.2021 and with the act of acceptance of 27.11.2020 Moskva icebreaker, which had been previously used by the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch, was placed under the economic management of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch to be used according to its designated purpose to provide icebreaking assistance to vessels in the seaports of Vanino and Prigorodnoye and on approaches to them.
2021
In March 2021, due to the passing of the director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Far Eastern Basin Branch V.Yu. Vanyukov by order of FSUE "Rosmorport" No. 113/k dated 01.03.2021 the duties of director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Far Eastern Basin Branch were assigned to the deputy director for navigation safety of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Far Eastern Basin Branch Igor Viktorovich Glukhov without relieving him of his post.
In April 2021, by the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No. 200/k of April 6, 2021 Pankratov Evgeniy Aleksandrovich, who had previously held the position of the Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sakhalin Branch, was appointed Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch.
In June 2021, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch purchased a motor boat RIB Sharmax Standart AL No Console 375, equipped with a measuring complex, to be used by the Eastern Directorate of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch to control dredging operations.
In September 2021, on the basis of FSUE "Rosmorport" order dated 30.03.2021 No. 108 and in accordance with the acceptance certificate dated 01.09.2021, the icebreaker Krasin, previously operated by the Far Eastern Basin Branch of FSUE "Rosmorport", was transferred to the economic management of the Murmansk Branch FSUE "Rosmorport" for its further use for its intended purpose.
In November 2021, based on the instruction of FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director No. AL-25/11883-17 dated December 29, 2020 and in agreement with Rosmorrechflot (letter No. KS-27/5447 dated May 18, 2020), real estate objects named “Improvement and Fencing of Berth No. 12”, intended for fencing the territory of the seaport of Vostochny, and “Fencing of the Covered Garage”, intended for fencing the territory of the branch's garage complex, located in Nakhodka, Primorsky Region, were transferred to the category of movable property with their further use by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch for its intended purpose.
2022
In October 2022, in agreement with Rosmorrechflot (letter No. ZD-27/13683 dated October 19, 2022), in accordance with the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No. 406 dated October 28, 2022, it was decided to merge two real estate objects – “Non-residential premises with an area of 641.7 square meters”, designed to accommodate administrative staff, and “Non-residential premises with an area of 16.8 square meters”, designed to accommodate administrative personnel, located in the city of Nakhodka, – into one real estate object “Production building of the ecological fleet base with an area of 658.5 square meters” for its further use by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch for its intended purpose.
In November 2022, in agreement with Rosmorrechflot (letter No. ZD-27/11968 dated October 20, 2021), and on the basis of FSUE “Rosmorport” order No. 476 dated November 24, 2021, PR 371-U boat of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch was decommissioned and disposed of due to its full physical deterioration.
Today the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Basin Branch is one of the major marine enterprises in Primorsky Territory. It carries out its activities in the six ports of Primorsky Territory. The Branch involves over 1000 employees.
