The North-Western Basin Branch informs that according to paragraph 3 of the FAS Russia order No. 711/16 of 06.06.2016  and FSUE “Rosmorport” order No. 148 of 27.04.2017 in the seaport of Big Port Saint-Petersburg and seaport of Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg coefficient 0,5 is applied to rates of port dues in these seaports when calculating port dues for the passenger vessels making suburban, city sightseeing and high-speed passenger transportation services on inland waterways with exit to the water areas of the seaport of Big Port Saint-Petersburg or the seaport of Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg.

This decreasing coefficient is applied when calculating rates of port dues in the seaport of Big Port Saint-Petersburg and the seaport of Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg. for the above mentioned vessels during the period from April 14 to December 31, 2017.

Use of decreasing coefficient is focused on support and development of city programs of sightseeing and suburban high-speed passenger voyages on the vessels performing calls at the seaports of Big Port Saint-Petersburg and Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg.
