- Creation, maintenance, operation and development of federal property assigned to the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch;
- Executing of works (rendering services) in the seaports of Big Port Saint-Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg, Primorsk, Ust-Luga, Vyborg, and Vysotsk and their approaches;
- Implementation of federal target programs of marine transport development in Kaliningrad and Leningrad regions, and also in the city of Saint-Petersburg.
