Towage Services

     FSUE “Rosmorport” provides towage services in 19 seaports of the Russian Federation involving:
     - mooring, tugging or other maneuvering vessels in seaports waters;
     - refloating of vessels moved beyond the navigation pass or beyond the upper edge of canals in the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don and Taganrog waters and approaches to them;
     - sea towage of ships and other watercrafts.
 
     Towage services involving mooring, tugging or other maneuvering vessels in seaports waters are provided by the following branches of FSUE “Rosmorport”:
     - Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch (seaports of Azov, Eysk, Kavkaz, Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog and Temryuk);
     - Arkhangelsk Branch (seaport of Arkhangelsk);
     - Astrakhan Branch (seaports of Astrakhan and Olya);
     - Far Eastern Basin Branch (seaports of Nakhodka, Posyet, Vladivostok and Vostochny);  
     - North-Eastern Basin Branch (seaports of Anadyr, Vanino and Sovetskaya Gavan);
     - Petropavlovsk Branch (seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky);
     - Sakhalin Branch (seaports of Korsakov and Shakhtersk).

     Services for refloating vessels that have moved beyond the boundaries of the shipping channel or beyond the edges of canals in the water areas of the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don and Taganrog and on the approaches to them are provided by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.

     Sea towage services are provided by the following branches of FSUE “Rosmorport”:
     - Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch;
     - Azov Basin Branch;
     - Arkhangelsk Branch;

     - North-Eastern Basin Branch. 

     FSUE “Rosmorport” guarantees quality of its towage services by engaging 73 tugboats (icebreakers, seagoing and harbour tugboats) with capacities of 110 – 21 000 kW, as well as high qualified crew and technical experts.
     All enterprise tugs are certified in appropriate way to perform relevant operations on towage.
     FSUE “Rosmorport” carries out towage services under the license on towage performance with sea transport dated 27.03.2013 series МТ-3 No. 000672, issued by Rostransnadzor, in accordance with the Merchant Shipping Code of the Russian Federation, General Regulations for navigation and mooring in the seaports of the Russian Federation and on approaches to them adopted by Mintrans of Russia order No. 395 of 12.11.2021, Compulsory Regulations in the Russian Federation seaports adopted by Mintrans of Russia orders in regard to each seaport.
