Arctic Basin

 

     • Construction of facilities in Sabetta, including navigation approach canal to the Gulf of Ob.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, OJSC “Yamal SPG”.

     Implementation terms: 2012–2018.

     Project capacity: 17.85 mln tons a year.

 

     • Reconstruction of seaport facilities in the second cargo area of Murmansk Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, OJSC “Merchant Seaport of Murmansk”.

     Implementation terms: 2013–2017.

     Project capacity: 2 mln tons a year.

 

     • Reconstruction of seaport facilities in the third cargo area of Murmansk Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, OJSC “MCC ”Evrohim””.

     Implementation terms: 2014–2017.

     Project capacity: 3.7 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of the “Chayka” coal terminal near Dikson Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC “Arkticheskaya Gornaya Kompaniya”.

Baltic Basin


     • Development of cargo-passenger rail-road ferry terminal in Baltiysk (the Kaliningrad Region), including construction of a container terminal with the capacity of 300 thous. TEU a year.
     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC Baltiyskaya Stividornaya Kompaniya;
     Implementation terms: 2013–2018.
     Capacity gain: 150 thous. TEU.

 

     • Construction of international marine terminal to accept cruise and cargo-passenger ships in Pionersky town (the Kaliningrad Region).

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, Government of the Kaliningrad Region.

     Implementation terms: 2014–2018.

     Project capacity: 250 thous. passengers and 3 mln tons of ro-ro cargo a year.

 

     • Development of container terminal of OJSC “Petrolesport” in Big Port of Saint-Petersburg.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, JSC “Petrolesport”;

     Implementation terms: 2011–2023.

     Capacity gain: 1.4 mln TEU.

 

     • Construction of the Bronka marine multi-purpose transshipment complex in Saint-Petersburg Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC “Phoenix”.

     Implementation terms: 2011–2017.

     Project capacity: 1.9 mln TEU.

 

     • Reconstruction of universal transshipment complex of mineral fertilizers of OJSC Baltiysk Bulk Terminal in the Big Port of Saint-Petersburg.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, OJSC “Baltiysk Bulk Terminal”.

     Implementation terms: 2012—2025 годы.

     Project capacity: 11.8 mln tons.

 

     • Construction of chemical fertilizers terminal in Ust-Luga Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC “Euro-him Terminal Ust-Luga”.

     Implementation terms: 2017–2020.

     Project capacity: 7 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of approach canal – creation of waterways to whaves of LLC “Ust-Luzhskay PTK in Ust-Luga Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC “Manufacturing and Trading Company of Ust-Luga”.

     Implementation terms: 2011–2016.

     Project capacity: 1.55 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of a terminal for liquefied natural gas production and transshipment in Vysotsk Seaport (the Leningrad Region), including gas pipeline lines from gas main line “Leningrad-Vyborg-Gosgranitsa”.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, JSC “Criogaz”.

     Implementation terms: 2014–2018.

     Project capacity: 660 thous. tons a year.

 

     • Construction of a regasification terminal in Kaliningrad Region.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, PJSC “Gazprom”.

     Implementation terms: 2015–2018.

     Project capacity: 2 mln tons a year.

 

     • Consturction of a complex for production, storage and shipment of liquefied natural gas near the “Portovaya” compressor station in Leningrad Region.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, PJSC “Gazprom”.

     Implementation terms: 2015–2018.

     Project capacity: 1,5 mln tons a year.

 

Azov and Black Sea Basin

 

     • Construction of the bulk cargo area of Taman Seaport.

     Major participants: FSU Rostransmodernizatsiya, JSC MKhK Evrokhim, JSC UK KRU, JSC SUEK, LLC UK Metalloinvest, LLC Autspan International, LLC Krymskiy Logisticheskiy Terminal, JSC Aston, LLC KhK Forum,  FSUE Rosmorport;

     Implementation terms: 2011–2020 (I stage), 2020–2025 (II stage).

     Project capacity: 91.4 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of the Taman terminal for bulk cargo.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC OTEKO-Portservis

     Implementation terms: 2017–2020.

     Project capacity: 35 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of a terminal for ammonia and chemical fertilizers transshipment in Taman Seaport. 

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, OJSC “Tolyattiazot”.

     Implementation terms: 2015–2020.

     Project capacity: 5 mln tons a year.
 

     • Construction of a grain terminal in Taman Seaport. 

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC “Agroholding-Taman”.

     Implementation terms: 2017–2020.

     Project capacity: 14.5 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of a liquefied natural gas berthing complex and technical estacade in Taman Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, CJSC “Tamanneftegas”.

     Implementation terms: 2017–2020.

     Project capacity: 3.5 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of a base for transshipment of outsize and heavy-load cargoes in Taman Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, CJSC “Tamanneftegas”.

     Implementation terms: 2017–2020.

     Project capacity: 0.3 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of a liquid chemicals transshipment complex in Temryuk Seaport. 

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC “RosChemTrade”.

     Implementation terms: 2017–2020.

     Project capacity: 1.5 mln tons a year.
 

     • Reconstruction and modernization of port facilities in Novorossiysk Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, PJSC “Merchant Seaport of Novorossiysk”.

     Implementation terms: 2017–2020.

     Project capacity: 10.5 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of deepwater berth No. 38 in Novorossiysk Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”,  LLC “Konteinerniy terminal NUTEP”.

     Implementation terms: 2015–2018.

     Project capacity increase: 3.5 mln tons a year.

 

     • Reconstruction of a grain terminal in Novorossiysk Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”,  JSC “Zernovoy Terminal KSK”.

     Implementation terms: 2017–2019.

     Project capacity increase: 1.5 mln tons a year.

 

     • Construction of ro-ro transshipment complex with an approach canal in the North-Eastern cargo area of Kavkaz Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC "Taman ferry terminal".

     Implementation terms: 2018–2021.

     Project capacity: 2 mln. tons a year.

 

     • Construction of a coastal and marine in Gelendzhik Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC "Seaport of Gelendzhiksk".

     Implementation terms: 2012–2020.

     Project capacity: 19.6 thous. passengers and 0.3 mln. tons of cargo a year.

 

     • Construction of a transhipment terminal, located 350 metres to the north from Uzyak khutor, Azov area of the Rostov Region, to ensure transshipment of cargo on board of "river-sea" vessels.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC "Kompaniya Luis Dreifus Vostok".

     Implementation terms: 2015–2017.

     Project capacity: 700 thous. tons a year.

 

     • Construction of a transhipment complex to reload containers and general cargo in Azov Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC "UYuT".

     Implementation terms: 2017–2019.

     Project capacity: 1 mln tons a year.

 

 

Far Eastern Basin

 

     • Technical retooling of Posyet Seaport to increase the flow capacity of the seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, JSC ”Merchant Port of Posyet”.

     Implementation terms: 2012–2020.

     Project capacity: 4 million tons per year.

 

     • Reconstruction of the following hydraulic structures: berth No. 34, berth No. 35, approach canal to berths No. 31-35, water area to berth No. 34, and water area to berth No. 35 of Vostochny Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC ”SK Maliy Port”.

     Implementation terms: 2012–2020.

     Project capacity: 0.8 million tons per year.

 

     • 3nd stage construction of a coal terminal in Vostochny Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, JSC ”Vostochny Port”.

     Implementation terms: 2014–2019.

     Project capacity:  17.2 million tons per year.

 

     • Construction of the petrochemical terminal in Vostok Gulf, Yelizarov Cape (Primorsky territory).

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC ”Eastern Oil and Gas Company”.

     Implementation terms: 2014–2030.

     Project capacity:  17.25 million tons per year.

 

     • Construction of transshipment terminals in Zarubino Seaport.

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, GC ”Summa” and JSC OZK.

     Project implementation period: 2015–2025.

     Project capacity: 42.4 million tons per year.

 

     • Construction of the specialized coal transshipment terminal in Muchke Bay (Khabarovsk territory).

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC ”Sakhatrans”.

     Project implementation period: 2012–2021.

     Project capacity: 24 million tons per year.

 

     • Reconstruction of federal property facilities at Cape Signalniy in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy Seaport (strengthening of seismic resistanse).

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC “Morskoy Transportniy Terminal Kamchatka”.

     Project implementation period: 2016–2020.

     Project capacity: 0.68 million tons per year.

 

     • Construction of a port complex for transshipment of alumina (import) in Vanino Bay (Khabarovsk region).

     Major participants: FSUE “Rosmorport”, LLC “Prichal” (GK RUSAL).

     Project implementation period: 2017–2020.

    Project capacity: 3 million tons per year.
