If you discover that you are not provided with non-discriminatory access to services in the seaports of Big Port of Saint Petersburg, Vyborg, Vysotsk, Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga, rendered by stevedores using the seaports transport infrastructure facilities leased from the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch, you can apply to the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch with a written request (application) about possible cases of violation of your rights in terms of non-discriminatory access to services in the seaports of Big Port of Saint Petersburg, Vyborg, Vysotsk, Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga.
A written request, prepared in no particular format, should be addressed to Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch and sent by fax: +7 (812) 327-40-23 or +7 (812) 324-57-66, or in a scanned form by e-mail: mail@spb.rosmorport.ru , or by address: Gapsal'skaya St. 8, Saint-Petersburg, Russia, 198035.
In the written request, please indicate your contact information for feedback, preparing and sending you a response after the consideration of the written request by the branch.
Your written request will be considered in the manner and within the time limits established by the requirements of the Federal Law of May 2, 2006 No. 59-FZ “On the Procedure for Considering Requests from Citizens of the Russian Federation”.
