The North-Western Basin Branch notifies that under Clause 3 of FAS of Russia Order No 711/16 dated June 06, 2016 and FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No 95 dated March 24, 2017, from March 27 to December 31, 2017 diminishers are applied to pilotage dues for pilot's services rendered by the North-Western Basin Branch in the seaports of Big Port Saint-Petersburg and Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg for pilotage of passenger ro-ro vessels and ro-ro vessels that possess a passenger certificate and carry at least 500 passengers during each call at the corresponding seaport (entry and exit).
