Contracting entity on demand of North Western Basin Branch has commenced construction of Administrative and Industrial Building for Vessel Traffic Control Center in Ust-Luga seaport in accordance with license No. 47-RU47507302-191К-2016 dated 26.12.2016 by State Construction Supervision Committee and the state expert appraisal of the Leningrad region.

Construction of the project is carried out in order to:
- provide for the extending requirements of Vessel tracking management system in Ust-Luga seaport;
- ensure placement of the equipment and VTS personnel of Ust-Luga port, including improvement of sanitary conditions for personnel accommodation to enhance its efficiency;
- organize close-together placement of TCC (Traffic Control Center) and ARTP “Gorky” buildings (main VTS objects of Ust-Luga port) in one area.

Construction of capital investments is effected on account of the equity capital.

It is planned to complete the project of TCC in Ust-Luga seaport in December, 2017.
