By Rosmorrechflot Order No. AP-14-r dated 02.02.2017 the design estimate documentation for the construction of the international marine terminal to receive cruise and cargo-passenger ships in the seaport of Kaliningrad near Pionersky town of Kaliningrad Oblast was approved.

The construction project envisages construction of a complex of hydraulic and general cargoes facilities, including construction of passenger terminal building and facilities of checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the existing port infrastructure facilities, as well as creation of objects of engineering maintenance and installation of navigational aids.

FAO “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia” previously approved the positive conclusion of the state examination of project documentation and engineering survey results for this project, as well as a positive opinion on the validation determination of the estimated cost of capital construction design documentation.
