The North-Western Basin Branch notifies that based on paragraph 3 of Russia's FAS Order No. 711/16 dated June 06, 2016 and pursuant to FSUE “Rosmorport” Order No. 428 dated September 05, 2016 diminishers are used when calculating pilotage dues for services rendered by the North-Western Basin Branch and pilot dues in the seaport Big Port of Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga for pilotage of container carriers operating on lines open in accordance with the established procedure.
