In the period of 13 to 21 of May 2016 Kaliningrad Department of the North-Western Basin Branch FSUE “Rosmorport” organized and conducted Fourth open staff sports day dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the Kaliningrad Sea Channel for the employees of the seaport of Kaliningrad.

About 140 contestants representing teams of 6 organizations operating in the seaport of Kaliningrad participated in eight types of sports competition.

Representatives of sports team of the Kaliningrad Department performed well in these competitions. During heated sports battles in 8 types of sports they took:
 •   1st place in basketball 3x3, rowing yawls, swimming, volleyball;
 •   2nd place in shooting and bowling;
 •   3rd place in table tennis, shooting (women) and football.

At the ceremonial closing of competitions and the awards ceremony for winners and prize-winners of competitions, members of all teams thanked the organizers of the competition — the Kaliningrad Department of the North-Western Basin Branch — for the quality of the conducted sports events.
