In the framework of the open request for proposals for the right to conclude a contract to perform paper work for the land plots not owned by state/municipal entities, in order to place there facilities of the Taman seaport bulk cargo area one bid was put in by CJSC Intekh.

The committee of the open request for proposals unanimously decided to declare it void, as only one participant was authorized to participate in the request. Taking into consideration, that the bid of CJSC Intekh meets the requirements of the tender documentation, the committee unanimously decided to make a contract with CJSC Intekh being the only participant with the contract value of 8,650,000 (eight million six hundred and fifty thousand) roubles, service period of 13 months from the date of the contract, but not later than 31.12.2013.
