1. General information
The Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch provides ship repairing services for vessels ranked in the Russian River Register and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping with the help of the production and repair base of the branch in the Taganrog seaport.
In order to conduct ship repairing activities the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch has a recognition certificate dated 21.11.2023 No. 041437 issued by the Russian Classification Society, according to which the branch is authorized for the following types of works:
- fault detection, including dock repairs of hulls, rudder propeller units, vessels equipment and systems, mechanisms and electrical equipment of vessels with the class of the Russian Classification Society;
- fault detection and repair of rudder propeller assemblies, ship devices and systems, mechanisms and electrical equipment of ships and floating objects with RCS class
- fault detection and and major repairs of ship engines agreement of technical documentation with the RCS;
- fault detection of vessel cable routes and electric installations by the Diagnostic Device for the Industrial and Vessel Electronical Equipment ("DIPSEL");
- development of projects for the transfer of vessels and floating objects with the RCS class;
- development of design and engineering and technological documentation for hull, mechanical and electrical parts for the repair and modernization of ships and floating objects with the RCS class;
- non-destructive testing of welded seams using the ultrasonic method.
In its turn, Russian Maritime Register of Shipping issued a certificate of compliance of an enterprise dated 09.11.2021 No. 21.70138.185, which proves that Azov Department of FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch complies with the requirements of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping as being an enterprise carrying out the following activities:
- reequipment, modernization, and repair of technical surveillance facilities (vessels, hull structures, marine equipment, wares, etc.);- installation, commissioning and startup of electrical and automation equipment;
- maintenance and repair of electrical and automation equipment.
The Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch has of a covered berth for lifting vessels and conducting vessel hull repairs.

2. Ship repairing services terms and conditions
The ship repairing services are provided by the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in accordance with the terms and conditions of a service contract (further referred to as Contract).
To make a Contract the client shall file a written application to the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch by fax: +7 (8634) 317-321 or scanned by e-mail: mail@azv.rosmorport.ru. The application is reviewed within five working days and if the requested services are technically possible, the client is sent two copies of a model Contract for digning. The signed Contract shall be returned to the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch at 2nd Volodarskogo St. 76/23А, office 401, Rostov-on-Don, Rostov Region, Russia, 344116.
The Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch renders ship repairing services according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract.
