Brief Biography

Fomenko Anna Alexandrovna was born on April 19, 1978 in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Territory.


She graduated from Novorossiysk State Marine Academy in 1999, with a specialization in economics, as an economist-manager.


From April, 2000 till May, 2004 she consecutively held positions of specialist of the currency and financial department, main specialist of planning and economic department of Sea Administration of the Port of Novorossiysk.

From May, 2004 till April, 2006 she worked as chief of planning and economic department of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov-Black Sea branch.

From April, 2006 till April, 2014 she was deputy director for economics and finance of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk branch, renamed as the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in March 2011. 

From May till December 2012 she performed duties of Acting Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch without leaving her current position.

In April, 2014 she was transferred to the position of Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.

Roman Vladimirovich

 

Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch – Head of the Sochi Directorate

 

Brief Biography

Agafonov Roman Vladimirovich was born on July, 9th, 1973 in the town of Temryuk, Krasnodar Territory. 


In 1995 he graduated from Sochi Institute of Resort Business and Tourism with a specialization in economy and management at the enterprise of recreational sphere, as an economist. 


From July, 1995 till July, 2000 he served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. 

From April, 2000 till May, 2003 he worked as deputy general director of ZAO “SOUD — Sochi Exhibitions”. 

From May, 2003 till April, 2004 he held a post of administrative group head of “Port of Sochi” branch of Sea Administration of the Port of Novorossiysk. 

From May 2004 to August 2018 he consequently took the positions of deputy director of the Sochi Branch, deputy head for economics and finances of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Separate Division (renamed to the Novorossiysk Branch since August 2018), deputy director for operations and director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sochi Branch.

From March 2012 to June 2013 he acted as the director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sochi Branch without removal from his current position.

In September 2018 he was appointed as deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorksy Basin Branch – head of the Sochi Directorate.

From September to December 2018 he performed the duties of the acting director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sochi Branch without removal from his current position.

Brief Biography

Dikiy Mikhail Vladimirovich was born on September 26, 1978 in Temryuk, Krasnodar Territory.

 

In 2003 he graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation with a specialization in management with a bachelor's degree.

 

He started his working career in 1996.

From October 2014 to November 2020, he held the position of the director of the LLC "Marine Technical Service".

From November 2020 to the present day, he has been holding the position of the head of the fleet operations service of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.

From November 2020 to the present day, he has been acting as Deputy Director for Operations of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch without removal from his current position.

Brief Biography

Donchenko Andrey Anatolievich was born on January 16, 1967 in Makhachkala, Dagestan ASSR.


In 1991 he graduated from Saratov Order “Sign of Honor” Law Institute named after D.I. Kurskiy, with a specialization in law, as a lawyer.


From August, 1991 till January, 2008 he worked at public prosecution bodies of the Russian Federation.

From February till November, 2008 he consecutively held posts of adviser to director of Federal registration service, deputy head of the Federal Registration Service of Astrakhan Region.

From September till October, 2009 he was adviser of director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk Branch.

In October, 2009 he was transferred to the position of deputy director for administrative work of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk Branch, renamed as the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in March 2011.

From March 2021 has been acting as Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch – head of the Tuapse Directorate without removal from his current position.

Karpachev Yevgeny Valerievich was born on March 24, 1973 in Izhevsk, Udmurtia ASSR.


In 1996 he graduated from Novorossiisk State Marine Academy with a specialization in transport equipment technical maintenance, as a radio engineer.

From September, 2012 till June, 2013 he was acting deputy director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch without termination of appointment.

In June, 2013 he was transferred to the position of deputy director for capital construction, repair work and communication of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch (since December 2016 the position is named Deputy Director for Capital Construction and Repair Work of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch).

Kraus Natalya Romanovna was born on June 23, 1962 in village Varenikovskaya, Krymsk Oblast, Krasnodar Territory.


In 1980 she graduated from Slavyansk Agricultural technical school with a specialization in accounting in agricultural production, as an accountant.

In 1986 Natalya Kraus graduated from Extramural Institute of a Soviet Trade with a specialization in accounting and economic activity analysis as an economist.


She began her labor activity in 1980.

From September 1980 till June 1983 she worked as an accountant, then senior accountant in the Varenikovskiy retail trade enterprise.

From July 1983 till June 1994 she consecutively held posts of an accountant, an economist, and a senior economist of the Novorossiysk plant “Priboy”.

From July 1994 till April 1995 she held the position of a senior state tax officer in the State tax inspectorate in the city of Novorossiysk.

From March 1997 till May 2004 she consecutively held posts of an accounting specialist, senior accounting specialist and deputy chief accountant of SE “Marine Administration of the Seaport of Novorossiysk”.

From May 2004 till January 2011 Natalya Krauss consecutively held posts of a senior accounting specialist and a deputy chief accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk Branch.

In January 2011 she was transferred to the position of a chief accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Novorossiysk branch, renamed as the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in March 2011.

Lyshtvan Igor Borisovich was born on November 28, 1964 in the city of Nizhyn of Chernigov Region of Ukrainian SSR.

 

In 1987, he graduated from the Caspian Higher Naval Red Banner School named after S.M. Kirov with a specialization in navigation, as a navigator.

In 2009, he graduated from the Armavir Linguistic Social Institute with a specialization in accounting and auditing, as an economist.

 

He began his labor activity in 1982.

Ozheredov Mikhail Gennadyevich was born on February 23, 1967 in Yeisk, Krasnodar Territory.

 

In 1988 he graduated from Army General Vatutin Poltava Higher Air Defense Command School with a specialization in command tactics of air defense troops, as a radio-technical maintenance engineer.

In 2000 he graduated from the North Caucasus State Service Academy with the specialzation in law, as a lawyer.

 

He started his labor activity in 1984.

Pavlov Igor Vladimirovich was born on November 18, 1965 in Rustavi, Georgian SSR.


In 1987 graduated from Kaspiyskoe Naval Academy with a degree in navigation and a qualification "navigation engineer".

In 1999 graduated from Naval Academy named by admiral N.G. Keznetsov with a degree in "military and administrative management" and a qualification "manager".

In 2006 graduated from North Caucasus State Service Academy with a degree in "state and municipal management" and a qualification "manager".


In 1982 he started his career.


From July 1982 till August 2007 he served at the Frontier Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation.

From September 2007 till February 2018 consecutively held positions as a chief of the VTMS and communications services, Deputy Director for operations of the Taman Branch, Deputy Director for operations of the Taman Directorate of Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch, Deputy Director for operations of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.

In March 2018 he was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch – Head of the Taman Directorate.

Rudakova Svetlana Valeryevna was born in Astrakhan, Astrakhan Region, on November 12, 1974.


In 1997 she graduated from the Astrakhan State Pedagogical University with a specialization in philology as a teacher of Russian language and literature.

In 1998 she graduated from the Saratov Academy of Law with a specialization in jurisprudence as a lawyer.

In 2016 she studied at the Institute of Public and Regulated Procurement, Competition Policy and Anti-corruption Technologies (Institute of Government Procurement), the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL)” under the professional development program “Contract System (Law No 44-FZ) for Unitary Enterprises: Law Regulation”.

Zaryaev Sergey Nikolaevich was born on August 27, 1966 in Kuybyshev of Kuybyshevskaya Oblast.


In 1989 he graduated from Novorossiysk Higher Marine Engineering School with honors with specialization in “Marine Navigation” and was qualified as “Navigation Engineer”.


He started his labor activity in 1989.
