1. General information
Taman Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch renders information services in the seaports of Kavkaz, Taman and Temryuk related to the provision of information to concerned persons about the approach of vessels and their placement in the seaports of Kavkaz, Taman and Temryuk by sending daily information in tabular form to the customer's e-mail.
2. Terms and conditions of information services
Terms and conditions of information services in the seaports of Kavkaz, Taman and Temryuk
Information services are provided by the Taman Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in accordance with the terms and conditions of the information services agreement (further referred to as Agreement).
To make an Agreement, the customer should initiate the procedure for concluding an agreement in his personal account on the portal for the provision of services https://services.rosmorport.ru/ (further referred to as Portal), after registering on it.
Registration on the Portal means the creation of a personal account for the customer, integrated in an electronic document management system, where it is possible to submit applications for concluding an agreement, approve and sign agreements for the provision of services, and monitor their implementation. When registering on the Portal, the customer provides information about his Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), the email address to which the organization's account data will be sent, as well as information about employees who will be granted the right to act on behalf of the organization and submit applications for concluding an agreement and signing accountable receipts. At the same time, the customer sends to the e-mail address of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch: office@tmn.rosmorport.ru , a notification about the customer’s e-mail address to which information messages will be sent while providing information services, for its inclusion in the text of the Agreement.
After the customer has completed the procedure for initiating the conclusion of the Agreement, the application for the Agreement submitted through the Portal, subject to the provision by the customer of the e-mail address to which information messages should be sent, will be reviewed by the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch within seven days. Based on the results of the review, the Agreement is formed and signed by the branch or a reasoned refusal is sent to the customer.
Additional information on the conclusion of the Agreement can be obtained in the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch by phone: +7 (86148) 605-05 (Monday through Friday from 8:30 till 17:30 Moscow time, lunch break from 13:00 till 14:00)..According to the concluded Agreement the requested information is sent to the client on the daily basis.
