Make amendments to paragrapg 7 "Place, procedure and dates of start and finish of sumbission of bids to participate in the open request for proposals" of the notice of the open request for proposals for the right to conclude a contract to perform paper work for the land plots not owned by state/municipal entities, in order to place there facilities of the Taman seaport bulk cargo area dated 20.09.2012, approved by the LLC RMP-Taman General Director and published on 21.09.2012, amending the deadline of submission of bids for the open request for proposals till 03 October 2012, 9:00 (local time).

Make amendments to the documentation of the open request for proposals adding an appendix "List of land plots for port construction on the project "Creation of a bulk cargo area of the Taman seaport".
