RMP-Taman LLC conducts an open request for proposals for the right to conclude a contract to perform paper work for the land plots not owned by state/municipal entities, in order to place there facilities of the Taman seaport bulk cargo area.

The open request for proposals of RMP-Taman LLC is not an auction, and the notice on request of proposals is not a client's piblic offer. RMP-Taman LLC has no obligations to individuals participating in the open request for proposals.

The bids for the open request for proposals should be submitted in written form, in a sealed envelope at: Sovetov St., 19, room 211, Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Area, Russia, 353900, from 21 September 2012 till 3 October 2012 till 12:00 (MSK).

Envelopes with tender bids are to be opened on October 3, 2012 at 12:00 (MSK) at Gertsena St., 46, room 202, Temryuk, Temryuk District, Krasnodar Area, Russia.

The agreement between the winner of the open request for proposals and LLC RMP-Taman shall be signed within 10 days from the date of signing of the Bid Evaluation Minutes.
