Free Travel for Veterans of the Great Patriotic War

In accordance with Decree of the Russian Government No. 259 dated 21.03.2015 on “Adoption of Rules of charge-free travel for veterans of the Great Patriotic War and persons accompanying them during events dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941 – 1945” the Kaliningrad Department of FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch together with LLC “TransExIm”, agent of “Ust-Luga Baltiysk” ferry lines, provides free travel for veterans of the Great Patriotic War and persons accompanying them at Petersburg ferry of Baltiysk – Ust-Luga – Baltiysk line from 2 to 12 May 2015.To be issued charge-free travel the Great Patriotic War veterans and participants must apply to an agent of the ferry line and show a disability card or certificate of a participant of the Great Patriotic War along with one of the following documents:
- for Russian citizens – Russian passport;
- for foreign citizens – passport of the country of their citizenship and residence permit;
- for stateless persons – residence permit.
During 3 – 12 May the Kaliningrad Department of FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch will arrange recreation rooms for veterans and participants of the Great Patriotic War in the building of the rail road ferry complex passenger terminal in Ust-Luga seaport where passengers will be waiting for their boarding at ferries.
