     2. Procedure for provision of geodesic and hydrographic Services

To order the corresponding hydrographic works in the seaports Big Port Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Passenger Port Saint Petersburg water areas, performed by the North-Western Basin Branch, it is necessary to file a written application to the North-Western Basin Branch by fax: +7 (812) 327-40-23 or to send a scan by e-mail: mail@spb.rosmorport.ru .

The application will be considered within 10 days and according to the results, the customer will receive a written response indicating the technical ability, terms of performance and cost of the requested works. In case of positive reply, a draft contract will be sent to the customer for signing. The Contract for works performing signed by the customer must be returned to the North-Western Basin Branch.
The works are carried out by the North-Western Basin Branch in accordance with the terms of a technical project, which is an integral part of the Contract, in the manner and terms established by the Contract.

Information on the costs of the g eodesic and hydrographic Services rendered by the North-Western Basin Branch is given in the section “Harbor Dues and Tariffs of the North-Western Basin Branch”.
