As of 01.10.2022 the North-Western Basin Branch has been secured 8,734 movable assets and 592 real assets in the seaports of Big Port of Saint-Petersburg, Vyborg, Vysotsk, Kaliningrad, Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg, Primorsk and Ust-Luga on the basis of economic control rights.
The North-Western Basin Branch real assets comprise 535 items of stationary objects and 57 vessels.
In accordance with the requirements of Government of the Russian Federation order dated 16.07.2007 № 447 “On improving the federal property record keeping system”, information on the North-Western Basin Branch property was entered into the Federal Property Register.
The North-Western Basin Branch property is located at 289 leased land plots in the territory of the seaports of Big Port of Saint-Petersburg, Vyborg, Vysotsk, Kaliningrad, Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg, Primorsk and Ust-Luga with the overall area size of more than 618.3 hectares.
During its activities, the North-Western Basin Branch uses water bodies in the water areas of the seaports of Big Port Saint Petersburg, Vyborg, Vysotsk, Kaliningrad, Passenger Port Saint Petersburg, Primorsk and Ust Luga for the purpose of marine navigation that does not require signing water use agreements or taking decisions on providing water facilities for use pursuant to Russian water legislation.
Simultaneously the North-Western Basin Branch uses 11 surface water facilities with the total space of 13.6 square km to deploy vessels, build facilities of the port infrastructure, deploy soil extracted during dredging operations in the seaports, including the seaports of Big Port Saint Petersburg and Ust Luga, based on concluded agreements and taken decisions in accordance with the established procedure.
