The sea line was registered by Rosmorrechflot on July 25, 2022.
The main seaports of the line are the seaports of Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga, the optional seaports are the Big Port of St. Petersburg and the seaport of Sassnitz (Germany).

Description of cargo spaces of the railway sea ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky
The railway sea ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky have one main cargo deck 185 meters long and 25 meters wide and one open upper deck 82.6 meters long and 24.5 meters wide.
On the main cargo deck there are 6 railroad tracks ranging in length from 132.2 to 180.3 m for accommodating rolling stock, the total usable length of the railway tracks is 970 m. The main deck can accommodate both railroad cars and motor vehicles.
Wheeled equipment can be loaded onto the main deck from both ferry complex bridges and removable shore side Ro-Ro bridges.
The upper deck is designed to accommodate motor vehicles (road trains). The upper deck can accommodate up to 15 trucks with semi-trailers up to 13.5 m long (total weight up to 600 tons). Loading of wheeled vehicles on the upper deck is carried out through a lowered deck ramp installed in the upper deck of the railway ferries.
The sea ferries provide a stern rolling scheme for cargo handling of railroad cars and automobile equipment by means of a shore railway bridge to the main deck and loading of wheeled equipment through a board ramp to the upper deck.

Description of passenger cabins of the railway sea ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky
On board the railway sea ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky there are 2 quadruple cabins and 2 double cabins, equipped with beds, bedside tables, closet and bathroom, designed to accommodate 12 passengers.
For the convenience of passengers there is a sports and recreation complex, including a gym, a sauna, a shower, a swimming pool and a toilet.
The vessels provide comfortable accommodation for passengers on board, which meets the requirements of SanPiN RS.
In residential, public and service areas, anti-noise measures (sound insulation, "floating" floors, installation of equipment on shock absorbers) are provided.
Fire safety of the vessels is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the RS rules and is ensured by structural fire protection elements, fire extinguishing systems, fire alarms, materials, and a fire-fighting supply set.
Passengers' meals are served in a dining-room in accordance with the meal schedule approved on the ferry.

The multifunctional vessel Sparta has two lower holds with a total cargo deck 50.7 m long and 15.6 m wide, a tween deck 104 m long and 16.3 m wide and one open upper deck 92.6 m long and 16.7 m wide.
On the two lower holds of the cargo deck, it is possible to install removable tween decks.
The open upper deck is designed to accommodate containerized and oversized cargo. Loading on the open upper deck is carried out by vessel or shore cranes.
Loading of wheeled vehicles is carried out through the stern ramp into the vessel's tween deck. It is also possible to load wheeled vehicles with vessel or shore cranes onto the main deck of the vessel.

3. Requirements for transported cargo and passengers
Requirements for cargo transported by the railway sea ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky
Accepted for transportation by railway sea ferries:
• railway rolling stock (open wagons, covered and refrigerated cars, tanks, hoppers, platforms) with containers and cargo. Rail cars must have an axle load of no more than 25 tons and a dimension of no more than 1-T (total weight of the car up to 94 tons). It is possible to transport dangerous goods in tare and in bulk in rail cars according to IMDG-Code IMO classification;
• vehicles (tents, thermoses, refrigerators, truck trawls), including the technical possibility of connecting refrigerated units of cargo vehicles on the vessel;
• special vehicles (wheeled and tracked) - road, construction equipment, excavators, bulldozers, cranes and other self-propelled vehicles weighing up to 94 tons, height up to 4.7 m;
• cargo on roll-trailers: industrial cargo, structures, reinforced concrete, metal products, cargo in containers, on pallets, in big bags, piece goods (cargo in crates, boxes), block-modules, cabins;
• tarn-piece cargo is transported on the cargo deck - deck cargo.
The dimensions of transported vehicles must not exceed 4.7 meters in height, 12.6 meters in width and 120 meters in length. The dimensions of the vehicle are measured during loading.
Ferries transportation is prohibited for:
• cargo transported in crowd, in bulk or in tanks;
• cargo transported in vehicles exceeding the established dimensions;
• wagons that exceed an axial load of 25 tons and (or) have a dimension of more than 1-T.
Requirements for passengers transported by the railway sea ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky
Passengers accompanying cargo or vehicles transported on the ferries are accepted for transportation on the ferries. Only persons who have been registered and have a passenger ticket, passport or documents certifying their identity in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, a birth certificate for a child, or a note in the passport of a child, may board the ferries.
A passenger is allowed to carry no more than three pets.
A pet weighing up to 6 kg should be transported in a carrier and can be accomodated in a cabin with the passenger. Pets weighing more than 6 kg should be transported in the passenger's vehicle or in a cabin if a passenger carrying a pet buys all seats in the cabin.

During the voyage, a passenger carrying a pet can walk the pet on the upper deck in specially designated areas upon agreement with the crew of the ferry.
Accompanying persons are not allowed on the ferries.
During the boarding, passengers who have been registered are not allowed to go ashore.
It is forbidden to board passengers who are in a state of intoxication that offends human dignity and public morals.
At the seaport of destination, all passengers must leave the vessel within the time specified in the ferry's internal regulations, but not later than 2 hours after the ferry has finished mooring.
Requirements for cargo transported by the multifunctional vessels Sparta and Sparta II
For transportation on the multifunctional vessels Sparta and Sparta II are accepted:
• vehicles (tarpaulins, thermoses, refrigerators, automobile trawls), including the technical possibility of connecting the refrigeration units of cargo vehicles on the vessel;
• special vehicles (wheeled and caterpillar), including road, construction equipment, excavators, bulldozers, cranes and others on their own, weighing up to 94 tons, up to 4.7 m high;
• goods placed on roll trailers (industrial goods, structures, reinforced concrete products, metal products, on pallets, in big bags, goods in boxes and boxes, block modules, change houses);
• packaged cargo for transportation on the open deck;
• all types of shipping containers;
• oversized and heavy cargo up to 90 meters long, up to 18.7 meters wide, up to 30 meters high and weighing up to 8 thousand tons.
Prohibited for transportation on the multifunctional vessels:
• cargo transported in crowd, in bulk or in tanks;
• cargo transported in vehicles exceeding the established dimensions.
4. Places of loading of goods and embarkation (disembarkation) of passengers
Directions to the sea passenger terminal in the seaport of Ust-Luga from Saint Petersburg by car
Drive out of Saint-Petersburg along the Kingiseppskoye highway. Move through the village of Opolye and in 2.8 kilometers, at the Alekseevsky crossroads, without driving on the viaduct, turn right at the sign “Seaport of Ust-Luga - 56 km” and exit onto the A-180 highway. At 42 km of the A-180 highway near the Tatneft gas station (on the right along the road), cross a viaduct and turn right (on the left there are signs “Ust-Luga Port Ferry Complex Yug-2” and “The fastest way from Europe to Russia Ust-Luga Sillamäe Freight Ferry") and drive 200 meters towards a railway crossing. Cross the railway crossing and turn left (the sign “Automobile and railway ferry complex”) and enter the parking area near the administrative building of the automobile and railway ferry terminal. Drive through the site and turn right to the gate of the checkpoint (Checkpoint-1) and after getting a pass (contact an "ImexService" ferry line agent), drive to the storage site for loading onto the ferry as directed by a representative of the stevedoring company “ImexService” LLC.

Take bus No. 842 “Saint-Petersburg – Kingisepp” from the bus stop at the Leninsky Prospekt metro station, located on Leninsky Prospekt opposite the Sportmaster store (exit from the metro to Zina Portnova St.) and go to the bus station in Kingisepp. Estimated travel time is 2 hours. The fare is 450 rubles.
To get to the seaport of Ust-Luga from the bus station in Kingisepp, you can take bus No. 53/54 on the line Kingisepp - Lenryba - Koskolovo-3. The timetable for the departure of bus No. 53/54 is attached. On the segment from Lenryba to Koskolovo, after the bus stop “D. Luzhitsy”, go 4.3 km more and, before reaching the intersection, in front of the sign “Multipurpose transshipment complex Yug-2”, get off at the stop on demand. Cross the road, walk 300 meters to the intersection, turn left, walk 200 meters to the railway crossing, cross the crossing, in 20 meters turn left at (the sign “Automobile and railway ferry complex”), walk 150 meters to the administrative building of the automobile and railway ferry terminal. Estimated travel time is 1 hour 40 minutes. The fare is 271 rubles.
You can also take a taxi to get to the automobile and railway ferry complex in the seaport of Ust-Luga from the bus station in Kingisepp. The taxi stops at the site near the administrative building of the automobile and railway ferry terminal. Estimated travel time is 1 hour. Estimated fare is 1,500–2,000 rubles.
Directions to the sea terminal from Kaliningrad by car
Take Kaliningradskoe highway from Kaliningrad and turn left at about 40 km before the "TERMINAL - 4 KM" sign to Sredniy highway. Drive along Sredniy Highway for about 4 kilometers, bypassing two railroad crossings. After crossing the second level crossing, move straight without turning. After 100-120 meters, get to the third railway crossing. After crossing it, go further along the highway, which turns left, for about 300-350 meters to the parking lot near the checkpoint of the sea ferry terminal or the parking lot near the building of the sea passenger terminal. Travel (passage) to the territory of the sea terminal is carried out through the checkpoint after the driver presents identity documents and documents giving the right to travel on the ferry, as well as passing inspection by the personnel of the transport security unit. Passengers traveling by car cross the checkpoint of the sea ferry terminal on foot.
The passage of vehicles through the territory of the sea ferry terminal for placement on the site of the cargo warehouse is made in accordance with the road markings and signs.

Directions to the sea passenger terminal from Kaliningrad by public transport
From the bus station in Kaliningrad take a bus No. 107 or a minibus 207-E from the bus stop "Teatralnaya" located on Teatralnaya Street (opposite the building of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region) to the bus station in Baltiysk. Estimated travel time is 1 hour.
From the bus station in Baltiysk to the sea terminal, take a minibus No. 2 to the stop "Voennaya Gavan". Estimated travel time is 10-15 minutes.

Drive straight along the Tallinskoye highway, which turns into Marshal Zhukov avenue, then into Zenitchikov street and then into Marshal Govorov street, for almost 12.5 km. At the intersection with Trefoleva street, turn left and drive along it for 1.7 km to the intersection with Kalinina street. Turn right onto Kalinina street, which turns into Liflyandskaya street, drive almost 2 km to the Obvodny Canal embankment. Turn left on the embankment, pass the Gutevsky bridge and follow further along Dvinskaya street to the LUKoil gas station. Moving straight ahead, go around the gas station and turn left, continuing along Dvinskaya street. Before reaching the Kanonersky tunnel, at the intersection with Nevskaya street, turn left and drive along it for 100 meters, then turn right to the building of checkpoint 3 (Petrolesport JSC checkpoint). 5. The procedure for loading cargo and embarkation (disembarkation) of passengers
The procedure for loading cargo in the seaports of Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga
Loading on the railway sea ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky in the seaports of Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga is carried out in accordance with the conditions of a contract with a linear agent LLC "Oboronlogistika" or its representatives for the transportation of goods and passengers by the corresponding ferry. Loading on the multifunctional vessels Sparta and Sparta II in the seaports of Big Port of Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga is carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract concluded with the agent LLC "TBK" for the carriage of goods on the corresponding multifunctional vessel.
Passenger embarkation/disembarkation procedure
Boarding of passengers on the railway sea ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky is carried out simultaneously with the loading of cargo and vehicles accompanied by a passenger.
Passengers arrive to board the ferry no later than 2 hours before the departure time of the ferry in accordance with the schedule.
Passengers arriving for departure by ferry wait to board the ferry in the waiting room of the sea passenger terminals at the seaports of Kaliningrad and Ust-Luga, respectively.
Passengers are registered on board the ferry. To register, a passenger presents a representative of the ferry administration a document entitling him to travel by the vessel, and an identity document in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The passenger presents the accompanied baggage for inspection on board the ferry during the boarding process.
Passengers board directly on board the ferry at the seaport of Kaliningrad after walking along the walkway of the bridge span of the ferry complex or, in exceptional cases, using the gangway from the railway ferry pier. At the seaport of Ust-Luga passengers board the ferry directly when entering the ferry by vehicle during loading, or on the walkway of the span of the lifting and crossing bridge.
