In commemoration of the professional holiday, the Marine and River Fleet Employee Day, an awards ceremony of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch employees was held in the Big Hall of the residence of the Governor of the Astrakhan Region, on July 5, 2013.

Nikolay Kustov, first-category pilot, was awarded by Aleksander Zhilkin, Governor of the Astrakhan Branch, with the Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland for faithful and longstanding work.

By regulations of the Governor of the Astrakhan Region in respect of the professional holiday and for the achievements in navigation safety during winter navigation 2012-2013 and professionalism the following employees were awarded:

a) with Honors Certificate of the Governor of the Astrakhan Region:
     • Sergey Galenin, Chief Engineer – Officer of the Kapitan Ostanin ship;
     • Viktor Kurilo, Chief Officer of the Kapitan Metsayk icebreaker;
     • Olga Lomakina, Leading Expert of the Provision and Transport Service;
     • Aleksey Navodchikov, Chief Officer of the Kapitan Chechkin icebreaker;
     • Denis Serebryakov, third engineer of the Kapitan Bukayev icebreaker;

b) with Letter of Gratitude from the Governor of the Astrakhan Region:
     • Evgeniy Zhilyayev, third engineer of the Kapitan Metsayk icebreaker;
     • Sergey Kondratyev, second engineer of the Kapitan Chechkin icebreaker;
     • Roman Orlov, Master of the Kapitan Bukayev icebreaker.
