The Astrakhan Branch renders services in the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya to provide the Branch's berths to all concerned persons for safe mooring not related to carrying out loading and unloading operations.
The Branch has five berths with following technical characteristics:

2. Procedure for rendering berth assignment services
The Astrakhan Branch renders berth assignment services in the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya in accordance with the terms of the contract for rendering berth assignment services (hereinafter referred to as the Contract).
In order to sign the Contract a customer sends a written application to conclude the Contract by fax of the Astrakhan Branch +7(8512) 58-57-76 or a scan by e-mail mail@ast.rosmorport.ru. The received request will be considered within one working day. In the absence of technical restrictions on the possibility to render services and when submitting all required documents by a customer to conclude the Contract he is sent a filed contract for signing. The original of the Contract signed by the customer should be returned to the Astrakhan Branch at: 31, Kapitan Krasnov St., Astrakhan, Arkhangelsk Region, Russia 414016.

Pursuant to the terms of the signed contract for providing a berth for vessel mooring a customer files a written application for providing a berth to the Astrakhan Branch by fax +7 (8512) 58-57-76 or a scan by e-mail mail@ast.rosmorport.ru no less than 24 hours before starting a vessel’s berthing. In the absence of technical restrictions on the possibility of berthing a customer is provided a berth of the Astrakhan Branch for vessel safe mooring according to the customer’s request.
Service payment is made by the Astrakhan Branch provide a berth for vessel mooring in accordance with the procedure and under the terms of the signed contract.
