From the start of the winter navigation 2012-2013 the FSUE "Rosmorport" Astrakhan Branch offers to all interested shipowners and sea agents the opportunity to order ice advisory services for the ship masters to be advised on safe navigation of vessels sailing in caravans leaded by icebreakers or on their own in ice conditions in the northern part of the Caspian sea to the seaports of Astrakhan or Olya. 

The services are provided by highly qualified specialists of the most trained employees of the Astrakhan Branch pilotage service, who have experience of navigating in tough ice conditions of the Caspian Sea.

The Astrakhan Branch provides ice advisory services in accordance with the Statute on providing services on safe pilotage of vessels in ice conditions by ice advisors of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Astrakhan Branch approved by the FSUE "Rosmorport" General director on 14.12.2012.
