The reduction coefficient to the rates of port charges for vessels using liquefied natural gas as the main fuel remains

Taking into account the clarifications received by the enterprise from the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the North-Western Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport” notifies that from January 1, 2024, the application of a reduction coefficient of 0.9 to the established rates of harbor dues (except pilotage and investment dues) in the seaports of Vysotsk, Kaliningrad, Primorsk and Ust-Luga remains for calculation of harbor dues for bulk vessels using liquefied natural gas as the main fuel. The coefficient is also maintained in the seaport of Big Port of St. Petersburg for calculation of harbor dues for container vessels using LNG as the main fuel.
