The FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Western Basin Branch informs that in accordance with FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 14.12.2023 No. 547 the reduction coefficient of 0.9 to the established rates of harbour dues in the seaports of Vysotsk, Kaliningrad, Primorsk and Ust-Luga, which was applied when calculating harbour dues for liquid bulk carriers using liquefied natural gas as the main fuel, as well as to the rates of harbour dues in the seaport Big Port of St. Petersburg, which was applied when calculating harbour dues for container vessels using liquefied natural gas as the main fuel, is canceled from January 1, 2024.
