Compulsory Regulations in the Seaport of Vysotsk Amended

By order No. 244 of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated August 7, 2015, the Compulsory regulations in the seaport of Vysotsk, approved by order No. 161 of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated May 5, 2015, have been amended.

Adjustment of Compulsory regulations in the seaport of Vysotsk is related to change in number of tug-boats, used for providing mooring operations for vessels at berths of the oil-loading terminal of the petroleum products distribution and transshipment complex. In particular, for vessels of 225 to 260 meters in length the minimum number of tug-boats of capacity 2600 kW during mooring operation has been increased to 2 units in order to enhance navigation safety of tankers with hazardous cargo.

The order of the Ministry of Transport comes into effect on September 5, 2015 under the established procedure.
