Positive State Examination Conclusion on the Project for Reconstruction of the Navigational Aids Equipment Repair and Reconstruction Base of in the Seaport of Kaliningrad Near the Rybachy Village Received
On February, 2016 FAI “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia” approved a positive conclusion of State expert review of project documentation and results of engineering survey of the capital construction project “Navigational Aids Equipment Base in the Seaport of Kaliningrad Near the Rybachy Village” No. 127-16/GGE-10013/04.
The base reconstruction project is implemented in order to expand the existing repair and reconstruction base for storage, technical maintenance and repair of navigational aid equipment on the books of the North-Western Basin Branch Kaliningrad Department (stationary navigation lights, including hydrotechnical installations; floating warning signs (summer and winter buoys), used for ensuring navigation safety of vessels in the Kaliningrad sea channel, using the capacities of Basin Branch.
Project solutions involve the construction of new facilities:
- administrative and industrial two-storey building;
- complex of rainwater treatment facilities;
- sewage pumping station;
- pumping station of fire water supply;
- boiler room;
- diesel power station;
- refueller's garage;
- water treatment building;
- artesian well and pavilion over it;
- canopies for storage of buoys at the sites;
- security post;
- collecting tank for industrial and household waste;
- site for the installation of waste containers,
- And reconstruction of:
- two marine electrical columns;
- unloading station;
- parking lots;
- welding station;
- storeroom;
- engineering networks;
- 80 m long shore protection;
- berth.
Implementation of the project will allow to increase the quality of technical maintenance and repair of Navigational aids equipment, installed in the Kaliningrad sea channel in order to ensure the required level of navigation safety.
Currently, the enterprise carries out preparation works for conduction in the established order of competitive procedures on selection of a contractor for the right to perform work on the reconstruction of the facility.
Start of construction and installation work on the reconstruction of the Base Navigational Aids Equipment in the seaport of Kaliningrad near the Rybachy village, if the necessary amount of financing is provided, is scheduled to the IV quarter of 2016.
