According to order of Mintrans of Russia No. 387 dated 31.10.2012 “On harbor dues list, charged in the Russian Federation Seaports” and Articles of FSUE “Rosmorport” the North-Western Basin Branch starts charging transport safety due in Kaliningrad Seaport starting from 00 a.m. of 15 December 2015 (Kaliningrad time). The due shall be charged in order to ensure transport safety in Kaliningrad Seaport waters, as well as maintenance, repairs, modernization and construction of engineering and technical facilities that provide transport safety in the corresponding seaports.
