On 26 – 27 November 2015 Oil Terminal Congress has been hold for the 10-th time in Saint-Petersburg. FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Eastern Basin Branch also participated in the jubilee event.

Nadezhda Kalashnik – Deputy Directro for economics and finance of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Eastern Basin Branch – has reported on “FSUE “Rosmorport” experience in investment projects implementation for infrastructure development of the North-Estearn region of Russia.

In her speech Nadezhda Kalashnik reported on the North-Eastern Basin Branch activities and participation of FSUE “Rosmorport” in implementation of infrastructure development investment projects in the Baltic basin. Models of financing for such projects have been overviewed on example of the successfully implemented project on construction of oil products complex in Vysotsk Seaport. Prospective projects on construction bulk cargo and LNG terminals in seaports of Ust-Luga, Vyborg and Vysotsk.

The report also included issues on turn-over dynamics in seaports of the eastern part of the Gulf of Finland in general and percentage of bulk cargo in particular.
