Representatives of the Ostende Seaport (Belgium) in the period from 17 to 18 March, 2014 made a visit to St. Petersburg in the frame of collaboration of the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in Belgium and Luxembourg with West Flanders province of the Kingdom of Belgium.
 
On the 17^th of March the foreign delegation members visited the North-West Basin Branch where they had a meeting with the branch management represented by Vladimir Plekhanov, Alexander Kuznetsov and Victor Batyanov to discuss the perspectives of the trade and economic cooperation between the Ostende Seaport and the North-West Basin Branch in the area of maritime transport and port logistics.       
 
During the meeting the movie about the North-West Basin Branch was shown to the guests, and the Belgium delegation representatives, in their turn, told the Russian colleagues about the specific features of the Ostende Seaport operation.
