Vysotsk Seaport Water Area Boundaries Amended

By Government of Russia Decree dated 30.05.2013 No. 455 the boundaries of the water area of Vysotsk Seaport were amended. The boundaries changed as the anchor hold No. 18 E was included into the seaport water area instead of the anchor hold No. 18 G. The anchor hold No. 18 E is meant for mooring of vessels expecting berth at the seaports of Vyborg and Vysotsk.

For information:

The North-West Basin Branch uses 5 land plots in Vysotsk Seaport with the total area size of almost 3.5 hectares, which makes 2.4 % of the total territory of the seaport. Water bodies within the water area of Vysotsk Seaport are used by the branch for the purpose of sea navigation which do not require neither conclusion of a water use agreement nor making a decision on assignment of the surface-water body for use according to the Water Code of the Russian Federation.
