Change in Boundaries of the State Border Checkpoint of the Russian Federation in Ust-Luga Seaport

As berth № 3 of the liquid cargo complex of Ust-Luga Seaport designed for transshipment of oil products was constructed and put into operation, its territory was included into the boundaries of the sea cargo-passenfer permanent multilateral checkpoint through the state border of the Russian Federation in Ust-Luga Seaport by Rosgranitsa order dated 07.02.2013 № 19-OD.

In the framework of preparation to put berth № 3 of Ust-Luga Seaport into operation the North-West Basin Branch in 2007-208 enabled execution of repair dredging works in the operational boot basins of berths № 2 and № 3 with the total amount of extracted soil of almost 9.8 million square meters, making the bottom reach -16 meters.

In 2013 the branch is going to finish the construction of the Northern approaching canal in Ust-Luga Seaport with the bottom marks of -17.5 meters, which is decigned for navigation of large tonnage tankers with loaded draught of 15 meters to all berths of the liquid cargo complex in Ust-Luga Seaport.
