Changes in the ice navigation regime on the approaches to the seaports of Greater port Saint Petersburg, Primorsk and Ust-Luga

By Greater port Saint Petersburg captain orders dated 22.03.2011 № 02-КП-25-р and 25.03.2011 № 02-КП-26-р the ice navigation regime restrictions on the entrance fairway to the Greater port Saint Petersburg have been changed since 29.03.2011, 00:00. The restrictions are still valid for vessels with no Ice Class, for barge towing arrangements and for vessels with main propulsion capacity of 2 000 h.p. and less.

By seaport of Primorsk captain order dated 22.03.2011 № 12-10-р the ice navigation regime restrictions in the Bjorkezund Strait and on the seaport of Primorsk entrance fairways have been lifted for vessels with Ice 3 Class and for vessels with main engine capacity no less than 2 000 h.p. since 29.03.2011, 00:00.

By seaport of Ust-Luga acting captain order dated 25.03.2011 № 04/11 the ice navigation restrictions on the entrance fairway to the seaport of Ust-Luga have been changed since 29.03.2011, 00:00. The restrictions are valid for vessels with no Ice Class, for barge towing arrangements and for vessels with main propulsion capacity of 2 000 h.p. and less.
