As part of alteration of Baltic basin FSUE “Rosmorport” branch structure, by the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 27.12.2010 № 786, owing to the operational need, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Saint Petersburg branch organization chart has been altered, particularly, the following positions have been introduced:
  - Deputy director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Saint Petersburg branch — Vyborg-Vysotsk department chief;
  - Deputy director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Saint Petersburg branch — Kaliningrad department chief;
  - Deputy director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Saint Petersburg branch — Ust-Luga department chief.

By the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 28.01.2011 № 24/к Georgy Nikolaevich Sebov, ex-director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Kaliningrad branch, has been transferred to the position of deputy director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Saint Petersburg branch — Kaliningrad department chief since 04.02.2011.

By the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 31.12.2010 № 643/к Vladimir Nikolaevich Tatarenko, the Vyborg-Vysotsk branch director, has been performing the duties of deputy director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Saint Petersburg branch — Vyborg-Vysotsk department chief since 17.01.2011.

By the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 31.12.2010 № 641/к Vladimir Egorovich Konovalov, ex-deputy director for capital construction of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Ust-Luga branch, has been transferred to the position of deputy director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Saint Petersburg branch — Ust-Luga department chief since 17.01.2011.

By the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 17.01.2011 г. № 38-л A.S. Alyohov was made redundant from the position of the chief engineer of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Saint Petersburg branch.
