By the order of first deputy captain of The Greater Port Saint-Petersburg for navigation safety A.F. Gluhov from April, 21st, 2010 № 02-KP-33-r due to the absence of ice interfering the navigation, starting from 00:00 AM 26th of April, 2010 restrictions on ice navigation for vessels with no ice class on approaches to the port are annulled.
