By the order of the seaport of Vysotsk captain V.E. Platonov from April, 12th, 2010 № 9/2010 due to an actual state and forecasts of ice conditions on approaches to the seaport of Vysotsk starting from 00:00 AM April, 20th, 2010 restrictions on ice navigation for vessels with ship power-plant capacity below 2000 h.p. and towed barges were annulled.
