Gluhov from April, 12th, 2010 № 02-KP-30-r due to an actual state and forecasts of ice conditions on approaches to The Greater Port Saint-Petersburg starting from 00:00 AM April, 20th, 2010 restrictions on ice navigation for vessels with ship power-plant capacity below 2000 h.p. and towed barges was annulled.
