By the order of the seaport of Ust-Luga captain O.A. Gluhov from April, 13th, 2010 № 9/10 due to an actual state and forecasts of ice conditions on approaches to the seaport of Ust-Luga starting from 00:00 AM April, 20th, 2010 restrictions on ice navigation for vessels with ship power-plant capacity below 2000 h.p. and towed barges were annulled.
