By the decision from February, 27th, 2010 for the case № 1 10/91-09 FAS of Russia committee of legal investigation of antimonopoly law violation has stopped a legal investigation in relation to FSUE “Rosmorport” because of the absence of antimonopoly law violation in its actions.

The proceedings were initiated by the claim of ANO “Sea Pilots of Saint-Petersburg”, accused FSUE “Rosmorport” of the establishment of exclusively low price for pilotage services in The Greater Port Saint-Petersburg with the purpose of its exclusion from this market.

As a result of trial FAS of Russia committee of legal investigation of antimonopoly law violation came to the conclusion that the fact of an establishment of exclusively low price for a pilotage services in The Greater Port Saint-Petersburg by FSUE “Rosmorport” had no evidence, and also recognized as legal the application of the lowering factor to the rates of pilotage due, established by the order of Federal Tariff Service from 20.12.2007 № 522-t/1, with a view of carrying out of the flexible tariff policy directed to the maintenance of competitiveness of the Russian ports.
