On July 14, 2023, Elena Bulanova, Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” North-Eastern Basin Branch, took part in the solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas of higher education to graduates of the Maritime State University named after admiral G.I. Nevelskoy as an honorary guest.

Elena Bulanova congratulated the graduates on the successful completion of their studies and expressed gratitude to the teaching staff of the university.

For presentation purposes, a video about the activities of the North-Eastern Basin Branch and prospects of getting a job at one of the leading transport enterprises in the region was demonstrated for young professionals participating in the event.
