FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch notifies that in accordance with the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 13.03.2024 No. 74, the tariffs for navigation services using the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky VTS, provided by the Petropavlovsk Branch at the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky seaport have been approved.

The tariffs approved by the order come into force on April 1, 2024 and are valid temporarily, until coming into force of the order of the state regulatory body for the approval of the rates of the navigation fee in terms of the VTS in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in accordance with the established procedure.

Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky VTS was built in 2023 at the expense of the own funds of the enterprise.

In January 2024, after successful inspection, FSUE “Rosmorport” was received the Rosmorrechflot certificate dated 19.01.2024 No. VTS-24.11.01.00198.170 on compliance of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky VTS with the requirements approved by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 226 dated 23.07.2015 for VTS of the first category.

Within the framework of the Russia Expo a solemn ceremony of commissioning of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Vessel Traffic System (VTS) took place in the lecture hall of Pavilion No. 15 at VDNH in videoconference mode.

With the use of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky VTS the following is carried out:

- detection of vessels on the approaches to the areas of operation of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky VTS, establishing communication with them, obtaining data about the vessel;

- transfer of navigation, operational and other information to vessels at the initiative of the operators of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky VTS or at the request of the vessel;

- assistance in navigation;

- organization and regulation of vessel traffic;

- vessel traffic control.
