The Petropavlovsk Branch renders services on provision of the infrastructure of the passenger terminal in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to ship owners for serving passengers arriving or departing on passenger vessels, including going through border formalities.
The infrastructure of the passenger terminal comprises:
- a sea terminal building in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky including:
a) a waiting hall equipped with comfortable chairs and public areas (toilet rooms, including for disabled passengers);
b) premises and equipment of the Russian border checkpoint for passengers passing border, customs, migration, sanitary and quarantine and other types of control;
c) premises and equipment for inspection of passengers and their luggage in order to ensure transport security.
- an area of berth No. 5 adjacent to the sea terminal building with a total space of over 3,000 cubic meters.

2. Procedure on rendering services on passenger terminals infrastructure provision
The Petropavlovsk Branch renders services on passenger terminals infrastructure provision in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to ship owners under the terms of a standard package contract for provision of services (hereinafter referred to as the Contract).
In order to conclude the contract a ship owner or his legal representative sends an application for contract conclusion to the Petropavlovsk Branch by fax +7 (415) 20-18-39 or a scan by e-mail mail@ptk.rosmorport.ru. The application will be considered within two working days. In the absence of technical restrictions for provision of the requested services and at availability of all the necessary for the Contract conclusion documents submitted by the applicant, two copies of the Contract will be sent to the customer for signing. The Contract signed by the customer must be returned to the Petropavlovsk Branch at: 5 Sapun-gora St., Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Kamchatka Territory, Russia, 683100.
Additional information on the procedure of Contract conclusion can be obtained in the Petropavlovsk Branch by telephone +7 (4152) 21-29-27, extension 116 (Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Kamchatka time, the break is from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.).
According to the terms of the Contract the customer sends an acknowledgment of the number of passengers to the Petropavlovsk Branch by fax +7 (4152) 20-18-39 or a scan by e-mail mail@ptk.rosmorport.ru or by courier at: 1/1 Vokzalnaya Square, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Kamchatka Territory, Russia, 683000, not later than the next working day from the date of the departure of the vessel with passengers from the passenger terminal. Based on the acknowledgement the Petropavlovsk Branch issues a certificate of rendered services in two copies that is sent to the customer for signing within 3 (three) working days upon rendering of services. Within 5 (five) working days from the date of receiving of the certificate the customer must sign it and return a copy to the Petropavlovsk Branch at: 1/1 Vokzalnaya Square, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Kamchatka Territory, Russia, 683000.
The customer pays for rendered services on grounds of a bill and an invoice within 5 (five) working days from the date of rendering services.

3. Services rendered at the passenger terminal
The sea terminal building comprises a waiting hall equipped with comfortable chairs where passengers are able to wait for boarding, as well as public areas (toilet rooms, including for disabled passengers).
Special premises were set in the passenger terminal for border, customs, migration, sanitary and quarantine and other types of control while crossing the Russian border.
In order to ensure transportation security contemporary equipment was installed in the sea terminal building for inspecting passengers, arriving and/or departing on sea vessels, and their luggage.
4. Driving and walking directions to the sea terminal
Driving directions to the sea terminal from the airport
By leaving the airport of Yelizovo by car you should turn left and drive straight to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky a little over 17 kilometers. When you enter the city you should drive straight on Pobedy Avenue, then along Tushkanov Street, on 50th Anniversary of October Avenue and Zerkalnaya Street, which passes into Vladivostokskaya Street. At the end of Vladivostokskaya Street you should turn right to Leningradskaya Street at the traffic lights intersection. By moving straight along Leningradskaya Street a little over one kilometer you should turn left to Naberezhnaya Street (a road to volcanic hills is an orienting point). You should drive on Naberezhnaya Street along Kultuchnoye Lake till its end and then turn right. Drive 100 meters along Lenin Square to the Voinskoy Slavy Stella and turn left to Lenin Street. By driving straight one kilometer (Kamchatka Souvenirs are an orienting point on the left), turn right to Vokzalnaya Street and drive up the sea terminal building.
The travel time is about 44 minutes.
Driving directions from the bus terminal
You should walk five meters to Pogranichnaya Street from the bus terminal building. Then you should turn left and go 350 meters along Pogranichnaya Street to reach a X-typed traffic lights intersection. By keeping to the left you should walk 100 meters on Leningradskaya Street to a controlled cross-walk (an overpass for pedestrians to the trade center is an orienting point), change sides where the Komsomolskaya Square bus stop is located. You should take Bus 26 or Bus 28 and ride up to the Vokzalnaya Square bus stop (this is the sixth bus stop). The travel time is 26 minutes. The cost is 32 Rubles. The traffic interval is 3-4 minutes.
