     1. General Information

 

     The FSUE “Rosmorport” Petropavlovsk Branch renders mooring services to ship owners in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky at Berth No. 5 for all types of vessels with length and draft meeting the technical specifications for mooring at the abovementioned berth.

     The Petropavlovsk Branch has four professional mooring masters to provide the corresponding services.

     All mooring specialists of the Petropavlovsk Branch have passed special training and are authorized to perform mooring operations for all types of vessels.

 


     2. Procedure for Rendering Mooring Services

 

     The Petropavlovsk Branch renders mooring services in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in accordance with the requirements of the Mandatory Regulations in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, approved by Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia No. 4 dated January 19, 2015, which establish rules for mooring operations, restrictions when performing mooring operations, and information on the minimum number of mooring personnel when performing mooring operations.

     Mooring services are provided by the Petropavlovsk Branch in accordance with the terms of the comprehensive service contract (hereinafter — the Contract).

     To conclude the Contract, the shipowner/marine agent should send a written application for conclusion of the Contract to the Petropavlovsk Branch by fax: +7 (4152) 20-18-39 or by e-mail: mail@ptk.rosmorport.ru. The application will be considered within one day and, if there are no technical limitations for providing relevant services, the Contract will be sent to the shipowner/marine agent for signing. The original Contract signed by the shipowner/marine agent should be returned to the Petropavlovsk Branch at 5 Sapun-Gora St., Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Kamchatka Territory, Russia, 683010.

     Additional information on the Contract can be obtained by phone: +7 (4152) 21-29-27, extension 116 (Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 17:00, Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 (lunch break from 13:00 to 13:30) Kamchatka time).


     In exceptional cases (a single port call), for the sake of expediency, mooring services may be provided by the Petropavlovsk Branch to potential customers without the conclusion of the Contract on the basis of a written application for mooring services.

     An application for mooring services should be submitted to the Petropavlovsk Branch by fax: +7 (4152) 20-18-39 or +7 (4152) 20-13-42 and repeated by email: mail@ptk.rosmorport.ru, pilot@ptk.rosmorport.ru

     If it is technically possible to provide mooring services, the Petropavlovsk Branch sends a mooring crew to perform the declared works. Upon completion of the work, a certificate is drawn up and signed, and on its basis an invoice for the rendered services will be sent to the customer. The invoice must be paid by the customer within five banking days from the date of its issue.
