In accordance with the FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch order dated 08.29.2023 No. 515, from September 1, 2023 a separate subdivision was created in the structure of the branch – the Makhachkala Directorate, and the Regulations on it were approved.

The changes are related to the implementation of the enterprise's action plan for joining the liquidated Makhachkala Branch of FSUE Rosmorport to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch.

Makhachkala Department is not a legal entity, and will carry out its activities on behalf of FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaport of Makhachkala and on the approaches to it.
